the black swan inn is very real actually. There has been many accounts daily and it is a main attraction to people that are interested in seeing a ghost. A woman and her daughter live in the inn year round.

at 6:48 you see a face floating behind the bald guys head, there is the appearance brow witha crooked noseline and a set of lips, its almost the color of the wall however the light clearly distinguishes the facial features.
Is it just me or does anyone else notice the spooky face between Yvette Fielding and the bald bloke at about the 6 minute 55 sec mark? He looks scarily like the drawing shown in earlier parts but no-one in the programme makes reference to him. I genuinely think it's a ghost!
Shame thy couldn't just demolish the whol wall.

That "ghost" is obviously a scam, like so much else in this show. It's a dummy placed there by the producer.

Pause at 6:49 and you will be able to see a face behind the bald guy´s head. It looks like a painting on the wall though.
