You may work there mate but as a guest who stayed in your best rooms i would say that you are a 3 star at best its only the location that they survive on if this was in london you would be empty nobody would put up with the shabby rooms,service and food. 3 star at the very most, look at my postings i stayed at the hassler in rome and savoy in sharm el sheikh they are 5 star not this hostel
if it is so shit hotel why did you work there? Im sure they didnt close doors when you left, because Im working there. The Krasnp is a 5 star hotel but pple need to see that is highly speciliazed in conferences, congresses, with capacity for 2000 people distritbuted for 22 rooms. There not many hotels with that capacity, especially in Amsterdam.
i worked there for my study dude sorry, no problem if they closed it for me i'm young and the world is just not dirty Amsterdam, i prefer to work in real luxury hotel in the world like in Dubai (the town where i grown up) or Bali Indonesia where my parents came from or France my favorite country

u cant compare 3 world countries with NL!!... or any of those cities with A'dam... check the poverty in those places and compare it with here... France? very nice country with very stupid pple.

yes folks i agree not a 5 star i upgraded to the "suite" for an extra 50 euros and all i go was a room with a higher ceiling bur great front view. amsterdam is all about 1/2 square mile the hotel is in the centre of it but boy do you pay for it, avoid at all costs i agree stuffy staff a bad experience really but love Amsterdam what a great chill out place
I agree with you. Ive been to the Kras 4 times and always find the staff a bit stuffy, but professional and usually helpful. Cleaner than most Amsterdam hotels, cool decor in the rooms (newer wing) and EXCELLENT location. Tried the Hotel Victoria across from Central Station, but not as nice as the Kras. Little expensive, but worth it...
shit hotel, they said 5 stars hotel but inside is even not to compare to 3 stars one really scandalous, amsterdamers should be ashame to mark this hotel be 5 stars. in US, Middle Eastern, Asia and French speaking countries there you'll find a "REAL" five stars hotel....

yes the only thing why this hotel excisted as 5 stars instead of 3 stars is the locations which situated acroos the palace of amsterdam
