  • He's the great one. You know what they say, you ain't trying if you ain't cheating.

  • ...it was a missed call so what..kerry fraser didnt score the goal in overtime-gretzky did. Its convenient to focus on the missed call and not the fact that no one on the leafs scored in overtime. Then the following game grezky beat them nearly by himself. Why not say why did the leafs not play better in overtime of game 6 or contain gretzky in game 7? Because its more convenient to blame outside forces then to admit your team lost game 7 fair and square and without controversy.

  • @triplerdad u know gretzky would have been kicked out of the game, they would only have mcsorely to rely on (i know they had a good team btu u know whati mean), while we would still have Gilmour and Clark, if we won that game the series would have been done. anywho great series just wish fraser wasnt gretzkys bitch

  • @triplerdad As a Leaf fan it sure was hard to take. I'm not much of a conspiracy theorist, but this was the true beginning of the NHL's big push into the southern US in earnest, whether they like hockey or not. A Montreal / Toronto final would have been a disastor for the league, but Gretzky in LA vs. the team with the most cups. That's a dream. The refs had no problem kicking Andreychuk out earlier in the series. You cannot convince me that none of the four officials saw the stick.

  • what a joke

  • see all the reefs love Gretzky he never gets penalties...lol

  • plays like this when gretzky gets off with that high stick makes me wonder if he would be the player he was if he didnt get babied as much. keep that in mind ppl lol. i think gretzky was one of the most babied players in NHL history because he brought so much money in to the crowds. (dont get me wrong he was an amazing player) but think it would have been a differnt story if players were not told " dont hit gretzky"

  • @DJDoubleJ101 Yeah, it's a different game back then. Today you have guys who will probably put him out with a concussion and piss on him when he's on the ground unconscious. The sport today is primal and ruthless. He definitely benefited from favouritism like Crosby does today but no where near as much as #99 did. Great player but different era, different game.

  • @supercooled I've been watching the 'classics' on LeafsTV lately... Stanley Cup from 1964. Really timid compared to today's game.. like today's All-Star games (Crosby hit notwithstanding). Guys waving at the puck; when two players look like they are going to collide they pull up and just sort of bump lightly lol. Today's game is like the movie 'Rollerball' in which guys bashed the crap out of each other.

Crosby is finished... no direct head shot this time but concussion anyway

  • I am sooooooooooo f ucking pissed that Gretzky got away with that shiit...Should bann his restaraunt from toronto......Food taste like crap anyways....relocate your crappy ass food back to edmonton, newyork or L.A,,,....where your loyalty lies...

  • @proppachoppa1 That's harsh dude. I'm sure people go to his restaurant for the ambience more so than for the food.

  • It just wasnt some regular high stick in any regular game you f u cking a ss...That high stick probably kept us from making it to the stanley cup playoffs...So shu t the f uck up and sit the f uck down...big mouth b itch

  • Oh, get over it you fucking losers. This happened almost twenty years ago and still Leaf Nation pisses and moans about it. Its hockey people, players are high-sticked all the time and if any of you truly think Gretzky meant to do it, then go find a heavy Sher-Wood and sodomize yourself with it. So fucking pathetic.

  • habs are shit toronto would have won fagot

  • habs are shit toronto would have on fagot

  • how do you miss that?

  • it's okay, leafs fans. the HABS took care of the kings in the finals.

  • @raran44 lol yeah yeah, but if fraser had a backbone and made the call. I would have to say it would of been a hell of a battle between the leafs and habs but with the role the leafs were on I'm sure even hab fans would have trouble saying that the outcome would of been the same for them...the smart ones anyways lol

  • @raran44 roll**

  • Un-classy. People say Gretzky is a class act.

  • @TheAogGuy so just because he high sticked him, makes him un-classy?...that's retarded

  • @adamJcarter

You hit someone with your stick.

    That makes him classy?

You hit someone with your stick, that's unclassy. Most of his career Gretzky just couldn't do anything. He was just scared to hit someone, Even when he started fights, same result.

Anyway, it's again, you just don't go around hitting someone with your stick, complaining on calls, etc. But he is a great player. Just not the classiest one around. And I am a bias Leaf's fan, and it's not retarded for me to say it's unclassy.

  • @TheAogGuy yes it is retarded, name me ONE player that hasn't high sticked somebody? IT HAPPENS!

  • @adamJcarter

Name one player who highsticks someone, convinces the refs to call that shit off, then proceeds to play as if nothing has happened without even apologizing to Gilmour.

  • @TheAogGuy lol Gretzky didn't even talk to him, what are you talking about?....and just because he didn't apologize to Killer on T.V, for your viewing pleasure, doesn't mean he didn't say after the game!

  • @adamJcarter Dougie was in the locker room recovering from the high stick, and Gretzky didn't bother to apologize. Even by the end of the series, hand shake walk by, no apology during the line up, I remember watching it, don't tell me anything else. And Gretzky didn't talk to him sure, but you know, Gretzky has had that type of thing around him during his entire career. You could tell he was complaining in this video too.

  • @TheAogGuy Gretzky was a chicken-shit whiner. Once during a stoppage in play, Gilmour jabbed Gretzky in the groin with his stick. They were standing face-to-face.. Gretky didn't do anything... like the Sedin sisters; 'chicken Swedes' LOL

  • @ARTZY64 Cos Gretzky can bury Gilmour where it hurts... beating his team to go to the SCF

  • @keslehrongo And Gretzky is still remembered as a chicken-shit 18 years later... I never liked him. Give me Gordie Howe any day.

  • @adamJcarter Even pick-up hockey is dangerous... once a kid slipped and fell and his stick came up; I could feel the wind from the stick as it just missed the side of my face, near my eye, by a hair. Another time in an actual game, a guy came up behind me as I was carrying the puck. Just as he tried to lift my stick off the puck, I stickhandled to avoid a check from another player, and the stick from the guy behind hit me in the face near the eye.

  • 1967, 1967, 1967.....it will be 2067 before they win another Stanley Cup.,,,just kidding, they will never win it again.

  • im sure ZERO calls were missed that could have resulted in an LA powerplay too.... refs miss calls, it happens.

  • so the leafs couldn't beat the Kings in seven and lost the series based on one bad call... then the Canadiens beat the Kings in five.

Why does this call matter? it doesn't. The Kings were better than the Leafs and the Canadiens were better than the Kings.

The best team won the Cup that year and the second best was handled easily in the finals. End of story.

  • I hate kerry fraser! He is the WORST NHL, REF EVER!

  • non calls happen. Great teams overcome.

  • go leafs go, and as far as 2007 oilers go,,, roloson had his shot in game, 1, too bad ty conklin coughed up a shitty goal. I'm a dual citizen I live in the states, I'd love to see any canadian team win the cup, preferrably the oilers (that's where my grandfather is from) but I'd love to see the Leafs win as well, does that make any sense?

  • There never should have been an overtime! Tony Granato was hooked to the ice while on a partial breakaway about 20 seconds before Wendel Clark scored the game tieing goal with 1:21 left. If he had called a penalty as he should have there the Leafs never would have tied the game and this entire Leafs Nation whine fest never would have happened! Leafs fans can GO SUCK IT you are all going to die without ever seeing the Leafs win a cup.

  • @nydwarf1 Yeah... back then hooking calls weren't the same as they are today. Nice try though.

  • @nydwarf1 Excellent point. There were all kinds of horrible calls (and non-calls) going against BOTH teams in that series. I don't think Toronto fans realize that they wouldn't have gotten a single call had they reached the Finals, considering Gilmour, Clark or Anderson would've been hit with illegal stick penalties. Let's not forget the penalty shot at the end of Game 3 in the Finals that the Kings never got. By the way, didn't Gilmour only get a 2-minute penalty for breaking Sandstrom's arm?

  • Kerry Fraiser isnt blind he just didn't WANT to throw Gretzky out. Not blind , just chicken shit.

  • You can cry all you want....still couldn't close LA out in game 7 at home...OWNED

  • @daveyg8499 we wouldnt have needed a game 7 if we wont his, gretzkys would have been kicked out

  • Kerry Fraser is a blind cocksucker.

  • @leafyutube At least the Leafs were able to put this behind them and have many successful seasons afterwards.. wait a sec! bwahahahahaha

  • stupid fucking gretzky, wut a cock sucker

  • @aplayaz2000 LOL

  • Leaf fans should just shut the hell up about this. Gilmour head butted McSorely in Game 2 & not only didn't get a penalty, but suspended as he did when he did the same thing to Ciccone. I have no problem with Doug Gilmour, but Leafs one thing you got to remember is that you wouldn't have won the Cup if you beat LA. You STILL had to win 4 more games against a Montreal team that seeming couldn't lose. Why you ask? 2 words PATRICK ROY! BTW I'd take Roy over Felix Potvin anyday & twice on sundays.

  • @TNO73 Its a little different when a ref misses a call in game 2 then it is in game 6 espeacially when your team has already been called for a high stick. The Leafs would of killed the habs in the final with or without Roy.Canada deserved there team to win but instead this faggy european wannabe franchise won it instead.

  • @greatgazu I'll stick with the Habs. Sure they haven't won lately, but at least I have lived long enough to see them win 7 Stanley Cups. Your Leafs on the other hand have only won 13 Cups in which NONE I have been alive to see. If you ask why I hate the TMLs it is not their players it is their fans. Always running their mouths about how great they are. Spending ridiculous $ to go see a losing team. I hear about how they won in '67 I shudder to think how annoying you'd be if you won the Cup.

  • @TNO73 Thats funny, the fans are the the reason I hate the habs. You want to talk about annoying? Why do hab fans act european? The "OLE,OLE",chant is what european soccer fans do not CANADIAN FANS!!!How about rioting in the streets after winning ONE round in the playoffs? At least the canucks waited till they lost in the final. The leafs may not have won much but at least they dont tear there city apart when they do.Whether its the jays or leafs the fans of TOR are all class,UNLIKE the euro habs!!!

  • @TNO73 Oh lets not forget that the habs are based in a city and province where half of the population dont even wanna be a part of Canada and you think the Montreal Canadiens are Canada's team? Not even close, I would put the canucks ,flames ,oilers and even the senators a head of the habs and of course the Leafs who truly are canada's #1 team !! DEAL WITH IT!The Habs are Quebecs #1 team,THATS ALL!!!

  • @greatgazu u think for a province that doesn't even want to be apart of canada wouldn't call there team "THE CANADIAN'S"

  • @TOPGUNCANADA00 What's with the apostrophe? Anyway it's Canadiens.

  • @greatgazu

Fuck the Habs. Fuck the Separatists.

  • @TNO73 you and I must be similar in age I've seen and can remember the Habs winning 7 cups, my dad who's a leaf's fan argues that he's seen the leafs win 9 cups, I said "dad you're 22 years older than me and I'm sure the Habs will win atleast 2 cups in the next 22 years to equal the leafs" I can't wait till opening game when the leafs will lose to Price and the Habs.

  • ummmm......where was the contact?!

  • @DMan7braves dw there was a cut on his face, gretzkys stick hit gilmour on the follow through

  • Embellishing? This is Toronto, Not Vancouver

  • Gilmour tries too hard to sell it and just looks like he is embellishing. Replay from another angle shows that DG skated into path of Gretzky's followthrough while looking away and his leg knocked stick upwards. Technically, yeah, it is a penalty because a player has responsibility of controlling his own stick but this was incidental contact. LA may have gotten a break but maybe they were due for one after getting beaten by over-the-hill Calgary and Edmonton teams in previous 3 playoff seasons.

  • I LOVE IT......can't see this clip enough !! LOL

  • great non call !!

  • thats just game fixing pure and simple. oh all involved like fraser et al will spin it like he hit the ice or no one saw.

but the fact is gretzky clipped him and should hve gotten the same penalty as any third liner and if so

that goal would not have happened.

  • @odsonic , if you followed that season at all, you would clearly know that the leafs had the Canadiens number the whole year. Potvin played ten times better than Roy did in there seasons meetings. I'm not saying Potvin is a better all around goalie than Roy by no means, I'm just saying that the Leafs would have beat the habs in the finals hands down.

  • gilmour skated into it lookin for a penalty..the real issue for leaf fans specifically is that they say they could have won the cup that year..true or false..a goalie wins you the cup? true especially back in the day..so are you telling me Potvin in his prime could of beat Roy in his prime???? Dont think so

  • that was the last NHL GAME THAT I WATCH I NEVER WATCH A HOCKY GAME AGAIN

  • That's A BULLSHIT CALL!

  • It looked to me like Gretz' stick was already up high from his slapshot and Gilmour skated right into it, then went down as if he was shot, looking for the call - that's called "diving" now and draws its own penalty! - and I've always thought that....

AND I agree with gdwhat: Roy was NOT lucky, he was on fire that year, he was going to win that Conn Smythe and Stanley no matter WHAT; a lot of Leaf fans like to say they would have beat the Habs that year & I always call them bullshitters on it.

  • Kings would have scored anyway. And Gretzky was amazing in this stanley cup run. 40 points if Roy hadn't bin so good and lucky Gretzky would have won the conn smythe that year. And mabye if they didn't had called McSorleys stick in game 2 the Kings might had won. Well thats alot of mabyes.

  • @TBoneMontana If Roy hadn't been so good and so lucky? Fuck off dude. Seriously. That IS a lot of maybes. Roy was a machine that year. Nobody was going to stop him from putting that Cup ring on his finger. Nobody.

  • i know leafs fans are compulsive whiners and all and they shouldve put them away earlier in that series anyway, but i always thought i could see kerry looking right at the play when it happened. i dont care what he says i still think he saw it, the league wanted the kings in the finals that year come on.

  • What a bunch of whiners you Leaf fans are. Yeah, he missed the call but you then lose the draw (or can't get it out of your zone), leave Gretzky all alone in front of the net and then you go on and lose game 7. Fraser maybe takes 20% of the blame, if that. The rest is on the team. You obviously didn't have enough heart to get past it and win. Just like the fans can't get past this 18 years later and still harass Fraser.

  • who would leave Gretzky standing in front of the net by himself? Of all the people to ignore in front of the net, he was not one of them.

  • im sorry this was NOT a missed call, a missed call is something you simply dhould have seen but didnt, when this first happened there was video after video of Frase looking directly at the play anyone my age that seen this game live will remember the replays, Don Cherry also showed replays of Fraser looking directly at the play. He saw it clearly, He simply chose not to call it because it was Gretzky and this would have ended LA's season which means no US TV $ in the cup

  • @russfromdodge not saying the leafs woulda won the game if the call had been made but if they did win they would of won the series as it was game six and they were leading the series 3-2. Also if the call had been made gretzky would not of been on the ice to score the winning goal. Just saying.......

  • @tmlnation So it was Gretzky's fault that the ref didn't see it?

  • Gilmour was a diver and his dives drew many penalties,he was that convincing. When the refs watched replays they saw what fools they were being made out to be.They had actually felt so bad for Dougie that they let his headbutt on McSorley go unpenelized. When they realized how he had played them for fools the jig was up and he would get no more benefit of the doubt.Dougie knows this and wishes all U pathetic people would just shut the fuck up and get a fucking life. He's sick of hearing about it.

  • Oh ,and what about Gilmours headbutt on MacSorley that wasn't called you pathetic cry babies.........It was highly unlikely the Laffs woulda won that game let alone the series.Anyways LOSERS.How long since your last Cup?Why 1967 of course. How long since your last trip to the finals? Why 1967 of course. You are a bunch of whiners and the whining will go on forever it appears.Cause you fools keep selling out the games and buying the merchandise the team doesn't need to win to be successful.IDIOTS..

  • Fuck off all you whining arseholes..You couldn't beat LA and would have lost in 4 games if your pathetic team had made the finals..............STOP CRYING......GET OVER IT...........YOU LOSERS........Wilson says you are only 2 or 3 players away from being a contender........So stop playin with your small little dicks and listen to Wilson......10 years from now you will be in the playoffs......10 years from now you;ll still be bitchin about this supposed high stick.....FUCK WHAT A BUNCH OF LOSERS

  • I dont get it, he got hit with the puck, you can see it.

  • HAHA he's just like Crosby suckin the refs dick to get his way

  • Doug Gilmour deserved everything bad that ever happened to him on the ice. That guy was one of the biggest pansies that thought he was a badass in the history of the league.

  • @furbe95 hes one of the biggest pansies? look at footage of him playing for toronto, hes played with gashes over his eyes and missing half his friggen teeth. if you can come up with something to prove your point, that isnt a load of crap ill believe you. but until then i have to say you dont know what your talking about

  • I'm a Habs fan and that was a rip off!

  • @HabsCanada I'm a Hab's fan too and Fraser has ripped us off many times, not too many were upset when he retired. This missed call can't intelligently be argued, it was a bad non call, the Leafs would NOT likely win the cup, but they'd be in the finals for sure and lose to the Habs.

  • @stubs96 ya, getting carried by patrick roy for the entire season and playoffs did help you win the cup. we will never know if the outcome would have been different if the leafs made it to the finals that year.

  • @KacperFerenszkiewicz Roy was the main reason for us winning that year, no question, it's too bad this non call prevented a potential great finals for the Cup, this would have rejuvinated one of sport's greatest rivals. For the last 17 years their rivalry has quietened because the Habs and Leafs have had poor teams that have either missed the playoffs or eliminated early. I'm sure fans from both teams and many more are glad Fraser has retired, he was the worst official I've seen in my lifetime.

  • Gilmour's reputation as a diver was probably to blame.

  • @peternincumpoop yep cause a cut open chin that drew blood can be easily faked

  • @DontTaseM3Bro well thank you

  • Hows the leafs in western conference finals ???

  • Gretzky would probably have ended up scoring one way or another... even IN the penalty box...

  • @DrunkenLeprechaunPro I don't think Gretzky would have scored, the Leafs most likely have won this series, but probably lose to the Habs in the finals. Leaf fans do have a legitimate complaint here and it's understandable that they're complaining even after 17 years, but I doubt they would have won the cup, remember Montreal won 10 ot games that not only takes skill, but also luck and the hockey gods were on their side that year.

  • first off, the leafs were ALREADY shorthanded, so the 'no penalties' argument is null and void. secondly, a high stick that draws blood is a match penalty. its simple: under pressure, fraser choked on his whistle. hilarious how everyone asks leaf nation to 'suck it up' - if a ref in mtl had cost them a spot in the finals they would have burned the city to the ground. just be happy wendel wasn't in the finals or you'd be reminiscing about '86 with misty eyes every spring

  • Fraser you suck

  • a penalty at the end of a playoff game? ur dreaming ! I've seen many of thoses penalties and in the playoff (back in the days) they didn't called them. Maybe the leafs would have a call if Gilmour had stay on the ground until the medic assisted him to get up, but even then, they would not have called a penalty in the 3rd period.

  • It cancels out. Gretzky was slashed just before. Suck it queefs.

  • Looks like a stupid play on gilmour's part..what's he doing diving into a stick? idiot!

  • gretzky the sellout dog

  • gretzky got slashed like 5 seconds before the high stick. that wasn't called either.

  • the refs were probably say: "its gretzky were not gonna call it"

  • Leafs would have won the cup if it got called

  • @iLuvBarRefaeli In your dreams

  • @iLuvBarRefaeli haha you must be a habs fan, leafs were a powerhouse in these playoffs.

  • I cant believe that in the NHL they actually used to throw players out of the game for a high stick. It should be the 2 or 4 minute penalty that it is now depending on how severe. Most high sticks aren't on purpose, and if they are then the player gets suspended. Thats how it should be. But yeah thats definitely a penalty regardless of if gretzky meant to or not. what a bad situation lmao

  • The great 99 didn't do this on purpose and after it happened what do you guys expect him to do ? Go to the refs and say ''I DID IT, PUT ME IN THE BOX''. Gretzky is and will always be #1 and things like this will always happen in sports.

  • lolllll fraser angin thats whyyy

  • It's hard to imagine Wayne Gretzky's high stick being intentional or malicious.

  • I'm not a Leafs fan dipshit, I'm a Wings fan. Go fuck yourself you stupid cocksucker

  • I am a rabid Leafs fan. I am also a Gretzky fan and cannot ignore the look in Wayne's eyes when skating around waiting for them to drop the puck.

I KNOW(dont ask me how) for certain that Wayne knew for certain that when the puck was dropped and He was still on the ice....he would score.

He 'appeared' out of the corner with no one on him to score.....CLASSIC Gretzky.

Heart-breaking as it was........and you KNOW too that Wendel was gonna score in OT.

  • Wouldn't have hurt Toronto's chance if they actually tried to check Gretzky rather than letting him alone in the crease.

  • @megaforcemedia So true.. the call was missed no doubt but its not the reason they lost. Gretzky was left all alone on that goal off to the side of the net in the beginning then darted out front without any hassle to score the goal. I remember it now it was brutal D.

  • i think Fraser was the worst douchebag in the nhl history!!!

  • Gary Bettman wanted the Kings to win this game because he KNEW hardly anyone in the U.S. would pay any mind to a Habs-Leafs Cup final.

  • I hated Gretzky from that moment until the day he retired... now it's not so bad

  • gilmour, dove. hes such a pussy. leafs suck they would of been anialated anyways. besides gretzky is one of the greatest players to ever play the game. even though he wasnt a physical guy he could take it.

  • fuck that pussy Wayne Gretzky

  • @hockeyplaya2724 fuck u, u phaneuf loving fag. leafs suck.

  • @milton123 What about Montreal? Leafs the greatest? How many Stanley cups have you won? How many hall of famers came out of your club? In my book, everybody know that Canadiens is the greatest franchise .

  • @texasrockem in recent years they both have sucked. n boston is the greatest. the best players to have ever played the game came from this team.

  • Hate to be conspiracy boy but Fraser always call a game against the Leafs. He was there for a reason. Heart was the only reason Toronto took it to game 7. that series was filled with bad calls. If I hear that Fraser dies a horrible death I'll shed tears of extreme joy.

  • Funny thing was NBC was not going to carry the Stanley Cup final if a U.S. team was not present in it. The fact that L.A. made it to the final was the same reason they had Wayne Gretzky.... Expansion! The following year introduced new teams to the south. Real shame that business got in the way of good Hockey because with the expansion also came the changes in what conference the teams would play in. That year was the last year Montreal and Toronto would be able to meet for a Stanley cup final.

  • To LA fans, don't call us bitter! You later got smoked in the finals. It's not like you won the cup and calling us bitter.

  • leafs easily would've won the stanley cup for the next 10 years if this call had been made.

  • i can taste the bitterness, leafs fans, and it tastes good! go habs go!

  • @MikeTupperTheKiller your such a loser !! typical hab fan !

  • @missdiehardleafsfan bitter? sour? my team's 1993 cup tastes pretty... sweet, i must admit

  • Besides, if the Leafs truly were the GREAT team all their fans proclaimed them to be, they would've put this setback behind them and smoked the Kings at home in game 7! At least, that's what a GREAT team would've done! Game 7 was tied at 3 with less than 5 minutes to play when the Kings scored the go-ahead and eventual winning goals. If the Leafs were that damn good, they would've already been ahead by 5 goals at that point. Another classic Leaf choke!

  • If anything, Gretzky could've had a double minor for an ACCIDENTAL high stick. The Leafs still a player in the box for over a minute. So in the end, they could've had a PP of less than 3 minutes. The Kings had already scored 3 or 4 shorties in the series. So tell me where it's etched in stone that the Leafs would've scored on that PP! Maybe they would, maybe they wouldn't have. It was a long ways from being a sure bet!

  • I can't understand why the Leafs are the punchline of most hockey jokes. While it's true they haven't won a Cup in 43 years, but the Blues haven't won in 39 years, Canucks, Sabres and Senators have NEVER won and the Canucks and Sabres have both been in the league for over 40 years, why aren't these teams bashed?

  • @stubs96 it's because the leafs are the greatest franchise in hockey and everybody knows it. its ultimately jealousy, they KNOW we have the most die hard spirit and THEY KNOW they can never reach that level so they love to see us lose. it's okay though, we as leaf nation can take it. Its just like the Knicks. Everyone loooves to poke fun at them while they're down because everybody knows when they win a championship NOBODY will be able to throw a party like they can.

  • @stubs96 Because its fun to bash the Leafs.

  • yes its easy for the Leafs to be on the rise, they were in last place in the east last year. no where to go but up. Have fun watching Tuukka Rask and Tyler Seguin tear the Leafs up for the next decade.

  • oh god, People need to relax on this.. Everyone says that Toronto would of killed Montreal. Toronto couldnt beat LA in 7 games.. Montreal beat them in 5... Toronto Fans are terrible in the way they view hockey

  • @stevenrettig fuck off cheeser

  • Proof that the super stars are immune.

  • I have no idea how Gretzky got away with this. It was so obvious!

  • kerry fraser is a terrible ref and should get fired

  • @eoanater Fraser retired last year and last November admitted to missing this call in the Toronto Sun, I guess he wanted to retire with a clear conscience. I think most hockey fans were glad when he retired, he not only screwed the Leafs, he also screwed the Habs many times, but I have to admit this ranks up with one of his worst missed calls in sport's history.

  • @stubs96

I can;t see (no pun) how Fraser couldn't see that one. He will always be the reason the leafs lost. It was his fault more then anyone. I can't also forget the game previous don koharski was the ref, that was the worst I have ever seen. I find it hard to believe that those 2 were honest men.

  • @stubs96 STOP CRYING YOU PATHETIC FOOL.......

  • @stubs96 learn to spell and use correct grammer or intelligent people won't respect your comments

  • @pompei1968 read the rest of stubs96's comments throughout these comments. He's made a pretty decent go at grammar and punctuation. Maybe read in to things before you harp on someone's intelligence. To add here, your willingness to jump on someone's intelligence through what they write in one comment says to me that you have your own intelligence issues. Get a life.

  • @dizzy00d what the fuck are you talking about!!! who are you and who's this stubs jerk??? educate yourself before talking

  • wayne gretzky eats shit

  • Comment removed

  • @thecolourblue100 Toronto has 13

  • Leaf fans are in perpetual 'wine mode'....they haven't won dildo for over 43 years - they're a total joke as an organization - as a Canuck fan, and yes, we haven't won in our 40 yrs in the league, but we did embarrASS the leafs in our only meaningful playoff series in '94.... pure MEN against boys in that 4-1 series...:) Leafs really do suck..... i hate to say it..LOL

  • @fastfootedone Canucks should have won that year. Leafs will always be the joke of the league

  • @offthelinegt The Habs suck like shit, how did it feel thinking you're team was actually going to win the cup until the Flyers bitch slapped you guys out of the playoffs, so that an Elite and COMPLETE team like the Hawks could win the cup. Habs fans are stupid and retarded French idiots who are hated across Canada and outside of Canada, its cool your team won 24 cups, but trust me you'll NEVER win one again in the new NHL...your era is just over...

  • @thecolourblue100 Sixty-Seven. Black Veil Brides suck shit, by the way.

  • was that "Sixty-Seven" referenced to me? haha funny you automatically assume I'm a Leafs fan, sorry to disappoint you buddy, I just don't like the Habs, that doesn't mean I'm automatically a Leafs fan...Oh and what's with the stalking? you actually clicked on my channel to try and find other ways to insult me? wow you fail at life...

  • @thecolourblue100

so true buddy, fucking habs are dickfucks. i'm a leafs fan but not a homer; realistically, the leafs are terrible but they're on the rise, yet the habs are going down.

  • @fastfootedone 0 cups eh, that has to hurt

  • Gilmore was the biggest whiner and diver in the history of hockey. It's like the boy who cried wolf. Gilmore was always limping around and diving and when someone finally did highstick him and he whined and cried no one paid any attention to the usless bum.

  • @juzu4me you have alot of nerve saying that and what are you a kings fan? a habs fan? Gilmour was a better player then what most of the nhl is made up of today, if you look back at the earlier series he went of, came back with stiches over his eye still bleeding and played the game. If you honestly think that hes as worthless and pathetic as you say so I would like to see you do the job better.

You would get roughed up a little bit and go crying back to mom you pathetic piece of shit

  • @hbk9911 a fan of neither Kings or Habs. But Gilmour a hero? Come on, if it wasn't for old red-faced Cherry we'd never hear his name anymore. Gilmour was the biggest puss in the league. How many times did you see him slash, cross check, high stick and then run and hide behind the ref or a teammate. Let's not even mention the statutory rape of a 13 year old in St. Louis, ok? As for you, you sound like the typical Leafs fan...desperate. They ain't winning in your lifetime so move on

  • @juzu4me Ah I see... sens fan... dude you need to realize that hockey was alot rougher then and the shit they did then was nowhere near as dirty as what happens now. How exactly was he a pussy? playing while cut open when most players would be getting undressed and leaving the rink. He had more heart then any other player in those playoffs and i can guarantee you alot of people whether there not a leaf fan would agree with me

  • @hbk9911 Wrong again little man. A Penguin fan since I could shit without the safety of a diaper. Gilmour was a mediocre player who felt entitled to hurt anyone (young babysitters included) he wanted to. I have no respect for him as a person or player.

  • This is why I hate both Kerry and Wayne. It was BULLSHIT. You can say its 1993 and we should get over it but the fact of the matter is, it was a blown call. If this happened to the Habs, would their fans not be upset? Or any other team? So why should we as Leaf fans who are voicing our opinion and frustration be told we're morons! People need to understand that LA got to the finals because Mr Betman wanted LA to be there. Fuck the commissioner, fuck fraser and fuck gretzky!

  • Whatever, I still dont see the Leafs winning at all due to fatigue. If someone was to post a collage of footage with similar missed calls that cost a team the win, It would probably run as long as both Star Wars trilogies! Sorry. this shitty missed call broke Cinderellas slipper. IT HAPPENS. As for a conspiracy? Grasping for straws. If it were the other way around and the Leafs won with a missed call that would've be okay right.? No one would dare think of a fixed All Canadian finals .

  • gretsky touches dicks by choice.

  • WWhhhaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh!! Yeah right. It pisses me off hearing to this day how the NHL WANTED Gretzky in the finals, and deliberately ignored the call. Its cause he scored the game winner, and had a hat trick in GAME SEVEN THAT THE LEAFS COULDA WON BUT DIDNT. Montreal woulda swept your tired asses and thats a fact. Talk to Buffalo for something to cry about for the next fifty years. At least their case is ligit.

  • @kizzie48 I agree that Buffalo was burned worse in 99 with the skate in the rule, but I wouldn't say the Leaf's case wasn't legit. The game was tied in game 6 when Gretzky highsticked Gilmour, that's a 5 minute powerplay and a game misconduct in 93 meaning Gretzky isn't even there to score the winner. Realistically the Leafs would win game 6 and play Habs in the finals with Habs winning in 6 or 7.

  • Rules were different back then.

  • that was fucked fu frasor we would of won the cup if it wasnt thanks to you
