You are right, it does get chanted during communion sometimes, but incorrectly so. The content of the Psalm is not appropriate for communion. Just because something is currently being practiced liturgically, it's the right thing to do.

This is the anti-polyeleos during the Triodion, not the Koinonikon

This is one of the few psaltis who holds on to a bit of tradition.

He sounds a lot like a psaltis - teacher I knew, also from Samos, student of Jerusalem protopsaltis Bamboudakis of Samos, Matthaios Andreou (+1999).

I liked the kliton, except for the second part where the Ga equivalent should be lowered (see Anthologia by Phokaefs).

This was absolutely beautiful! He is truly a Master of Byzantine Music. I have yet to hear a chanter that sounds so amazing, or even come close to him. God Blessed him with a heavenly voice!
