That riff that they play before they bust into the intro for Black Dog? Is that a song or just a riff? I've heard it so many times in Zeppelin videos but I can't get a name of it!
This band gave showed us what a boring on stage was all about. The only good thing about their live performances was the creation of punk. This is exactly the kind of band te punkers hated and for damned good reason.
@johntheyank88 Led Zeppelin didn't need to try to put on such a huge stage presence to entertain their audience, they did so by going up on stage and having a hell of a time just jamming out, which is why of course they wouldn't re-create their studio work on stage, why would they?
That's funny. In my opinion Led Zeppelin had more talent and creativity than most (if not all) punk bands out there. Let the punkers keep listening to their shitty music, I'll keep listening to my Led Zeppelin.

@RmFrRifleman all i hear is led zeppelin are the best. the whole "theres something wrong, it couldve been better" part of your comment just doesnt make any sense...im trying, but.....i dont see it ;)
There were others before...and there were others after, but Led Zeppelin defined the art of rock and roll and the live concert experience. After John Henry Bonham's tragic death they stayed true to their word and the Zep never flew again but their music still rules the air waves!

Don't know how Page can stand to have his guitar slung so incredibly low - doesn't seem to hold him back, though! He plays it hunched over and lower than any guitarist I've ever seen. Jim's just a genius at coming up with off-beat riffs and odd time signatures.

Don't know how Page can stand to have his guitar slung so incredibly low - doesn't seem to hold him back, though! He plays it hunched over and lower than any guitarist I've ever seen. Jim's just a genius at coming up with off-beat riffs and odd time signatures.
