Well, the difference with the USA and Germany, where I was a stolen child, is; in the USA the courts are not the CPS's henchmen, like in Germany. This is how children are taken from their own biological families, by using frivolous reasons. CPS has been successful getting the children from the biological parents, now they think they can go into the adopting homes.I have always said that anyone who adopts from CPS needs to make them prove that the biological parents are unable to care for their own children first before allowing an adoption of a child to go through. Adopting a child based on third party information is a crime.

I got in a fight with my brother and he called CPS and tried to have my three children taken. Thank God I had a reasonable officer...or whatever he was...coming into my house for 30 days to check on the children. Then my church was raided...I am starting to think I live in the Soviet Union.

My dad was found not guilty of beating my brother and the judge ordered CAS in Barrie to give my brother back. They all walked out of the courtroom and my dad said "ok when can I expect to pick up my son?" the CAS worker said "we don't care about what the judge said. You ARE guilty and you will never see your son again".

The same here in Germany. I heard there are fathers going to universities in the UK and warn the young men to create families, because you have no rights as a father. That's one reason why we have lesser families. The women just need to tell any lies about you here, you wont see your kids anymore.
