  • This is a great Hylton recording.

    Thanks!

  • I have not done a Foxtrot in years

    Probably be a Slothtrot now

Lovely music Jack Hylton is marvellous and so English.

  • The Jazz Age and Depression Era Brit Dance Bands blew the doors of your typical Yank Band

  • @JCJasion No matter where I go on YouTube, I inevitably run into some baiting, trolling asshole waving a union jack. British Jazz bands were cute and clever for their time, but they HARDLY "blew the doors of(f) your typical Yank Band". Give me a break. You're welcome for the creation of Jazz, though.

    with love, from America

  • @nauort23 - thank you for your "honest and balanced' ( a la Fox News " reply - when calling people names, kindly look in the mirror first.

  • @nauort23 techincally africa started jazz. When the black people came on the boat to the southern coast of america they invented jazz. Not you lazy dumb americans. How about you learn more about your government?

  • I LOVE Jack Hylton's music!!! It's such a toe tapper and I find that I dust faster, wash my dishes quicker, even taking time out for a little "two step" .....!!!

    Thanks for sharing!
