I like how the Al Franken ad with Hillary Clinton says "Now any single Republican can block the progress we need." Just prove how partisan you are, Al! Sure, you "can work across both sides of the aisle." --Rolls Eyes-- Go back to making jokes, keep the serious jobs to serious people who aren't as stubborn as you.
How many billions of dollars were wasted on corrupt war contracts during the time that Norm Coleman was the head of the committee that could do something about it?
Your guy Al Franken couldn't even keep track of his taxes, workers comp, or if his radio station was stealing money from the boys and girls clubs of New York.
Dude, that is so tired. Voters realize that Franken straightened things out and realize it was an honest mistake. If that's the best you've got, Norm's really in trouble.
Voters are seeing what a hypocrite he is. He talks about accountability but can not even manage a business. One doesn't pay taxes, one goes bankrupt after a shady loan.
So a millionaire who rode on the coat tails of other people's succsess but could never run a succsesful business is in touch with the "middle class". Norm never had to steal from a boys and girls club to keep his business going.
Where are your facts? A simple google search validates my facts. Besides his cute little books that 14 Harvard students wrote for him, has Al Franken shown proven leadership in?
What's not successful about being a self-made millionaire? Is comedy not a business?
How is defending social security and health care not being in touch with the middle class, unlike Norm who prevented negotiations with pharmaceutical companies?
How did Al steal from anyone? What business are you referring to as Al's. Be specific and factual, please.
Any project that Al did on his own was a failure (Air America, two movies, tv shows). Norm Coleman fought for medicare for seniors and has a realistic plan for social security - protecting for seniors and 21st century strategy for young people.
If you google Air American and boys and girls club you can find the Franken connection to the illegal loan he ackonwledged Air America took from the boys and girls clubs of New York.
Franken rode off Lorne Michael's coat tails, and I am sure paid himself plenty on books written by 14 Harvard students, as well as a salary from the bankrupt Air America.
Can you cite your facts please? Coleman does not support healthcare for all Americans? If you are refering to Government provided healthcare than I agree. Healthcare is not a right. Government's role is not to provide free healthcare.
By the way there are more polls with Norm ahead than behind.
Man, you are really stretching to attack Franken. Since when has working for a successful company for 15 years been "riding coattails?" That's absurd.
I see that you agree with Norm Coleman that the richest country in the world should have people without healthcare. And you wonder why he's behind in the polls?
Are you counting on polls that don't include Barkley?
I am guessing you couldn't tell me one skit or character Al Franken created on that show. (Besides Stuart Smalley)
I agree that we are the wealthiest country because we have not socialized our medicine, industry, and communications. Sorry, the MN poll is typically wrong. Remember it had Pawlenty losing?
And yes genuis the Survey USA, Rassumsen, and KSTP polls all had Barkley. Barkley will the final nail in the latest Al Franken failure.
Franken made his money selling books ghost written by Harvard grad students. Apparently with all his millions he still could not find competent people to run his finances - and we know how brilliant he was at the bankrupt air america.
1. The book was ghost written by various Harvard students. I am guessing you have never read one of his books.
2. Coleman did not vote on the Iraq War. Funding for the troops is not continuing a mistake - its our obligation, we invaded a country we have to clean it up.
3. I know the difference, but it's blured in the Air America situation. Franken was the frontman of the operation and had his hand in the operations.
Good luck with your polls, hopefully your hero Al will remember you.
Probably the same place as Al Franken's 2007 tax returns he will not release. I like the production values on Franken's new ad where he re-creates the Wellstone story.
The "A Vote of confidence in D.C. accountability" line actually applies to Susan Collins of Main an Russ Feingold of Wisconsin. They were the leaders on that bill. Norm rode their coat tails.
The ad makes Norm sounds like a leader when he wasn't. That explains why he didn't include a time stamp. Makes it tougher to figure out what he's misleading Minnesotans.
You might want to take some of your own advice. Why are you on this site? You have an endorsed candidate, why aren't you on his site talking about how great Franken is, or your disdain for Coleman? Also, why doesn't Franken offer the same option for disent that Coleman provides you?
Have fun in prison, loser.

Norm Coleman can't claim to be a uniter while running to head the organization that puts out mud-slinging ads.
His walk doesn't match his talk.

What were the consequences for those companies?

Al is a self-made millionaire. Norm takes free fishing trips from lobbyists and allegedly gets people to buy suits for him.

You're not making a lot of sense here. If Al has failed at everything he's done, why is he a millionaire?
Norm doesn't support health care for all Americans and voted to prevent medicare from providing cheaper drugs to seniors. Both are facts.
You said that it was "his business". That was a misrepresentation of the facts.
It's quite clear that Coleman has failed to live up to what Minnesotans expect of a senator. How else can you explain his trailing poll numbers?

Namzso1, it's tough to argue with someone who has such a poor grasp of facts.
1. If you understood what ghost writing meant you'd realize you sound like a fool.
2. If you realized that Franken corrected his tax mistake while Norm continues with his Iraq mistake.
3. And if you realized the difference between running a radio station and being a radio host.
You'd have a shot at saying something relevant.
The more people seriously think about Coleman's record the further he falls in the polls.

Great - don't doubt it. Still more proven leadership than Al Franken.

2 seconds into the commercial and he's already lost me credibility-wise.
