Wow, this is definitely the page I need to be right now. My grandfather had a saying (long before I was born), that if you are happy, you are successful, and nothing else matters. Everyone chooses their own courses and stakes they must go...but everyone is the same, we are all equal, we are all on one main course - to obtain happiness. I've not yet seen this expression in other genres of music. This is beautiful. :-)

I feel like I'm on a roadtrip watching the sunset across the desert, with people I care about. It's an odd feeling but it gives me inspiration. It gives me the idea that you know what? Life sucks, but it will be okay. Things will be better. Enjoy the little things, don't hold grudges, and relax.

I love post rock. It is the only genre of music where any levels of stress and worries can be instantly eliminated from ones mind in my opinion. It clears your mind, and makes you feel happy to be alive. I try getting my friends to listen to it, but unfortunitly they just wont bother. But maybe thats for the best, perhaps its best for one to discover it on there own to know what it really feels like instead of being told about it, thats how it worked for me and now I feel better then ever :)

I had the luck to see God Is An Astronaut on tour with Caspian, GIAA more heavy, but first time listening to Caspian, good god the stir of emotions I felt upon the live show, I could see all the shit that had happened in the past 2 months, and am now so much more chilled out.

I have been listening to death metal for a while, despite having so much more plays, not one song can make me feel so at home and normal, or happy as listening to post rock.

No lyrics can emulate that.
