This is absolutely beautiful! Usually with medley videos that I watch on YouTube, the transitions are sloppy from song to song. But you made each theme segue perfectly into one another! Fantastic :)

No, not exclusively. The melody is by ear, but for the chords I also used a FFT-Tool of Cool Edit Pro, an audio recording software. With this tool you can analyze the frequency spectrum of a selected section of the audio file. If you take the frequencies of the peaks then you can read out the chord most times. But indeed it is very laboriously. You need hours for that.
