What a ridiculous thing to say. 60 percent of carbon emissions have come from the wealthiest countries, which contain only 14 percent of all people. Pointing the finger at China is utterly stupid and irresponsible. Given that developed countries still emit far more per person than both China and India, WHY WOULD THEY MAKE ANY SACRIFICE TO CUT EMISSIONS IF DEVELOPED COUNTRIES DONT?
