Wow! I'm self taught with about half a dozen one on one sessions with a RKC certified instuctor. But your video's are the best! I own a business and work insane hours but I've brought in kettlebells to work out with at night. I usually just do swings, presses and get ups after my run but now I'm trying bent presses and windmills and I keep running into my office to check how you are doing them. (My back is cracking like I'm at the chiropracter.)
Would you mind doing a video on the windmill (RKC approved technique)? Some videos have the person bending toward the sides and others with the person bending more towards the middle of both feet. Which is RKC recommended? Thanks for any advice you can give?
Mark Rif offered me a good lead on the proper RKC technique for the windmill. If you are ever wondering what might be a good video to post, I would appreciate seeing the breakdown of the windmill - similar to how you broke down the the TGU. Thanks.
@cheneym14 I may have a video of me performing a windmill that I can dig up and post until I get a chance to actually do a tutorial! I have a few other things on my list to break down on video first, though. I will do my best to get that up ASAP!
I don't know why you always have to knock yourself when you post phenomenal PR videos. Your "instructors" can't even do what you can do, so you certainly don't need their approval. Keep it up, but quit being so negative to yourself.
@ddn3d Thanks for that :). I think I just expect a lot out of myself and I'm always trying to be a better version of myself. It's all a positive effort, I promise!
Yes, a little shaky, but strong! Have you considered putting together an instructional video for the Bent Press like the ones you all did for the TGU? It would be well received.
Holy sh*t your strong. Mind bending deceptively strong bent press for some of a 122lb body weight. Nice work. Appreciate the post. It keeps me motivated and challenges me to work my butt off.
impressive ! but what do you think about all the 'strong woman' fetishists who peruse your channel. i love to click on them and go through their favorites
As usual amazing stuff you are right about your form not as text book perfect as your others, but still streets ahead of 90% of what I see posted given that you must be pushing what is getting on for half your body weight give yourself a break
First of all, that's INSANE! Very impressive! Second...I'm always amazed at how when you post these clips, and say that they need work...but in reality, your 'ok' form is always 100% better than most peoples 'best' form!
The BP is a very tough lift, and the way you handled the 32 was just incredible! Congrats!

Bent press instead a standing press looks like a abdominal press without a incline bench.
