  • I take it BRITAINS ,SIKU and UNIVERSAL HOBBIES farm models cant be got or found in the US. Ye dont know what ere missing guys. ERTL have bad detail.

  • @265justy

Those brands can be found here, but not in the abundance of ERTL. And yes, they produced some very nice diecast pieces. Remember that ERTL pieces really started out as toys, so super-precise detailing wasn't as important as it is on high-end collectibles.

  • Fair enough. I just tought they were not on the market in the US cause there European brands.

  • @265justy Shows you dont look so well, for UH, Outback Toys has a pretty good selection............Siku and Britains, 3000 Toys. I like UH, but not a huge fan of all the Euro models of Britain and Siku, let alone 1/32 scale. Ertl has been getting alot better, with a few add on parts it makes it look to notch, plus the castings are always clean and havent had a trouble with paint. And the Precisions are top notch in quality!!!!!

  • @wstarcummins Ha ha. It also shows that if you knew so much about Ertl youd know they are now joint company with BRITAINS. UH are the best by a mile and ROS of Italy are now another big player. Britains and Siku aint great i know. But are better than Ertl for 1/32. I have 2 Ertl NewHollands G240 & 8670 & JD 6200 and next to the Britains equvalants are pityful in detail.

  • Farm Toys are better.

  • @cumminspower10 i agree dude :)

  • oh yeah :)
