@FlamoPrince No it doesn't have wifi :( Friend stream is a constant stream of social updates from your friends on Facebook and Twitter. Btw, don't get this phone, I have it and it is really annoying. The screen is horrible because it is a resistive screen and it is as slow as a house fly towing a skyscraper :S

@luv4music3 It is so worth the money, i got it... it doesnt have android, as you should know before you buy it... That meens you get limited applications... But you get a nice looking tuch phone for a verry small price. The sound is good touch is good it got audio out plug, so you can use your own headset. You have basicly more then you need on a phone. BUT if your looking for something that you realy can experiment with use as your computer or what ever, get desire hd or iphone 4 or something.

I have this phone and I hate it. It broke 1 month after I got it. They gave me a new one and the battery still doesn't even last 12 hours on standby. What a terrible phone with limited applications. Not worth the money

warning this phone does not have basic functionality, you cant use it for basic life file transfer to the phone unless you add a microsd (all my other phones including my old sony eriksson whit its awesome 32mb storagecapacity) let me pluig it directly to my computer and access that little hd so i could put text... err another problem whit the not so smart htc phone it does NOT support even text, so if you think your beeing clever by sending your files over the internett.... txt file formatfail!

Cheap phone = smart move. They can even explore different markets they won't be able to if they only had the expensive smartphones, maybe other countries that didn't know about the quality of this products and introduce this one as a sample or something like that. Think about it... it's all business!

I think this is pretty clever. HTC knows that they can't get everyone with their high-end devices like the Legend, Desire, HD2, and soon the Evo 4G. With a cheaper phone like this it is built for the person who wants a smart phone, but with just basic functionality. Not everyone knows how to use a full functional smart phone and not everyone wants to learn how. Good job HTC
