It's not really...they're getting slower each year. well no. They're getting faster in corner speeds obviously but ever since 04 or 05 the engines have become smaller and they have limiters on them and stuff so speed isn't really faster but because of today's technology aerodynamics make the cars faster through corners and kind of balance out t hings.

in my opinion the 2009 ferrari and red bull rb5 look great, and they look alot better than 2008, because the rear engine covers are simpler, and cleaner lines, how they swoop down and dont have all those silly looking wings all over the place, it just looks more sleek, AND, we're back to slicks finally. F1 should be about going as fast as possible, not putting all these dumb limitations on these cars...we should see how far we can push the boundaries
