  • thumbs up if your here to be like ezio

  • grazie i'm thais

    I'm from brasil

    tutto bene?

  • @thais65770 Ciao Thais, si, grazie, va tutto bene. A te come va?

  • Buon giorno, mi chiamo re-peaaat

  • Goodbye is not Ciao, in italian Goodbye is Addio, or Arrivederci

    Ciao is informal

    Salve is formal

  • @sandrodream2 In Italian, "Goodbye" according to the context and used as interjection (beyond "Addio" and "Arrivederci") is also "Ciao"; as you can see on the Wordreference dictionary.

You are just confirming what I said in the video: "Ciao" is informal; that's correct.

I didn't mention "Salve" yet, and yes, this is formal; you're right.

  • Hi, Salvatore your video is very good! thanks for help me.. ;-)

  • @morochamendoza Ciao, what you said encourages me indeed. Thank you!

  • this is similar like Spanish, Portuguese

  • @MsIvargas Si es similar ,yea this is similar

  • Grazie! very useful! i will be learning from today!

  • @sandrapatatina Grazie a te! I'm really happy that you liked it!

  • thank you this is a benissimo video

  • @DecisiveOdst117 Thank you! In the case shown in this video, “Benissimo!” (Very good!) is an interjection, and it is not used to modify a noun. It is incorrect to say a "benissimo video"; instead, you should say: an "ottimo video" since ottimo (very good) is an adjective.

  • you sound like an italian bill cosby. lol i did find this video helpful thanks.

  • @breasthound Really? Hahahahaha..! Thank you for watching.

  • Grazi Millie

  • @fuzzypbunny Prego.

  • I am part Italian from my mother's side so I really want to learn the Italian language and this helped so much! thank you!!! :-)

  • @morgangirl51 Thank you for watching. That's really a good reason to learn Italian. I'm glad this video helped you. Ciao, ciao.

  • RE-PEAT

  • ummm...i was bored and scared at the begining of caio

  • @zutarafan22 CIAO

  • THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

  • @coffiecake27 You are welcome!

  • I don't think that he is speaking to those who have no concept of the Italian Language as though we are stupid....in fact repetition and going slowly helps to reinforce the word being learned. I appreciate this lesson. I am hoping to pick up quite a bit just because I would love to speak Italian and French.

  • @HearNSee1 Thank you indeed.

  • He speaks like we are idiots....how can you give translation to the same word 3 times in a raw????????

  • @tshburns This video is aimed at those who know nothing about Italian. I think it is essetial to listen the same expressions many times in order to learn them. Of course if you're an Intermediate or advanced learner, you'll find this video quite boring.

  • @salvatograsso86 No,not at all.I don't know a word of italian,actually.And I still think the same way.

  • Thank you for posting, this is very helpful!

  • @niawest You're welcome. I'm glad for what you said!

  • LOL I LOVE the Italian language and have been obsessed with all things Italian since I was little...My besf friend of over 40 yrs is pure bread Italian and although this is really hard I know way more than she does. ; ).

I can say the above posts but I'll be dadgummed if I know what most of it translates to. Thanks for posting Italian lessons. I am working on earning a trip to Italy Jan 2012 with the Winery I work for and I want to be able to talk to the Italian people properly.

  • @krislee1982 I'm really happy you love the Italian language and all things Italian. Because of your passion, I'm sure you' re going to learn the language very quickly. Thank you for watching!

  • mille grazie

  • @meramrmr2008 Mille grazie a te!

  • ..haha wrong spelling pala ako ^^

  • @aiUqoh Your "grazie" was almost perfect. It is great you started practicing.

Grazie ancora, ciao, ciao.

  • @salvatograsso86 per così poco??? ahaha Non c'è di che.:):)

  • .. its so very helpful to me ^^ gratzie ^^

  • @sapphireangels7 Thank you!

  • It is kind of easy to learn when you already speak Spanish because there somewhat similar in some was. Very good video!

  • @MsPeace89 I'm glad you liked it; thanks!

  • si, ok, ma parli inglese molto lentamente XD

  • @JordyMegaman Si, però l'importante, comunque, è che qualcuno impari qualche espressione di italiano con questo video.
