@meself101234 when you jump you immediately press the crouch button. Xbox default controls would be pressing A and then press/hold B immediately after. Hope that helps.

did u no that after you open the waterfall, when you go to the left theres something u can go on and climb up to the top of the waterfall and go past everything inside and be like 1/2 way through the level already
