  • Safire...ever since I have started taking your classes I am so happy :)

  • @goldentone Thanks so much! That's a really nice comment. ; )

  • you gotta do it with all the hoops starting in the middle if you want to preform it. otherwise it looks too sloppy.

  • @Warratah I agree with you. Doing foot picks up and raising up one at a time is also very appropriate for stage shows.

This was when I first learned to maintain the fourth hoop.

  • @Warratah I agree... I didn't perform with four hoops on stage until a year after this. LOTS of practice and drilling...

  • wow sooo difficult looking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Amazing o.O Incredible o.O Unbelieveable :D

    I am in a little shock ;)

  • hey sandra i get stuck on hooping on me nees ans my waist at the same time

    Plz help

  • Yep, everyone does. It is the hardest combination. :(

  • @Dimondsandjulz So sorry that I missed this comment.

That is the HARDEST combination, so don't worry, you aren't crazy. There's a lot of tips to this move but the most important is to double pump with your stomach to speed up the hoop. Use those core muscles and pump out your tummy with each rotation!

  • i like it better with 1

  • I agree- I find hoop dancing with one hoop is the most beautiful. More than one hoop is too 'circus-y' for me....matter of taste I guess :)

  • @MontrealGirl514 I also agree, that's why I've decided to dance with multi hoops instead. It's been a fun and CHALLENGING journey.

  • thats so my goal trick that i wanna learn, the best i can do is three... on chest, arm and waist, the knee always stuffs me up so hard!!

  • very sexy and inspirational

  • wow! That hurts my brain just watching you. I can get the two hoops on my waist and on on my hands, but i can't get the knees, any suggestions?

  • Check out my knee hooping tutorial.

  • hey darlin, if there is any way you can explain how to hoop with 3 or more hoops. i would be the happiest person ever. i have been trying to hoop with three and i just cant seem to get it. please help me out. i love your videos and you have helped me out so much already. thanks for everything you do. you are the greatest!!!

  • Okay hun! This week's tutorial is going to be about bringing the hoop from the knees up to the waist, but I s'pose I could throw one out there on multi hooping too.

    ~ SaFire ~

  • You are AWESOME! A great inspiration to the rest of us hoopers. Keep posting the great vids, Im learning alot!

  • Thanks hun!

I was thinking of making a multiple hooping tutorial. I can't really find the words to explain how to do it exactly but maybe a few tips and practice tricks would still be useful for people.
