The Foam Sword Rack is reusable over and over again. It has a half-hour cooldown.

After you put the rack down, anyone, regardless of faction or class, will be able to pick up a sword. After you equip it, you may attack other players with the equipped sword by right-clicking it. Three hits and you win!

If you lose, your sword will disappear. The same goes for logging out or equipping a different weapon. You do not have to know how to use swords to use this item.
