Traction & stability control failures on Saab 9-3 2003

Because one of the wheel speed sensors or its conecting wiiring are not deliving a pulse to the computer it has no idea how fast the car is moving, the stability control ABS and traction control must have that info to work and will disabe and set a code that should be very easy to diagnose , posable grasp at straw sugestions check the wheel bearings the sensor and sensor wiring for bad (intermitent) or outright broken wire usuly its the left rear speed sensor if no speed reading.
