  • Those are the most ugly rigs i have ever seen

  • @sketchyfilmzz sorry? home built

  • in the beginig the reson he was stuck is cuz he slowed down when he got ther

  • NICE!!

  • HELL YEAH!

  • I like it its really good

  • @thetrueshooter thanks man glad you like it

  • couldn't you just go around the bad road?- LOL

  • @mrrodneyalong is that a serious question? lol

  • @scrambleralan no I meant it as a joke, I know why you guys are there- to get to the top or get stuck trying!

  • @mrrodneyalong heck ya that is what we are all about

  • the camera is tripping me out lol

  • What year is your cj7? I got an 82 with a 302 10 inch lift and 38 inch dune graplers. Burnt my transfer up though.

  • i actually drive the white cj8 in the vid, my friend owned the cj7, but he sold it years ago so im not really sure what year it was. Bummer on the transfer case by the way, but there pretty easy to replace usually

  • @scrambleralan Yeah I was climbing a huge log in 2nd low and it just kept tearin up the log then it caught real quick and dropped out the transfer and front drive shaft.

I'm done with jeeps. I'm getting a 79 1500 and I'm gonna through the 302 in my jeep in it and jack it up and put 45s on it.

  • sounds like you just needed a better transfer case like a dana 300 or something. well good luck with that, most o my friends had trucks at one time but found they're too heavy for offroading, although, if you loose the bed and fenders and some more weight in other areas maybe juice the motor a good bit that might be a sweet ride. you are planning on putting in bigger axles to run that big o tires arnt you?

  • @scrambleralan It's a regular cab short bed but it's got a nice turbo 450 tranny and I'm probably going to end up putting bigger axels on it after a while but they work good right now. It's lifted 12 inches they clear good enough. But other than the axels it's a great truck. I don't have to put the 302 in it because it has a chevelle 454 in it.

  • sounds like a good rig, you shouldnt have too many prbs with that

  • best jeep video i have seen in a min .

  • cool man! i like the video!

  • thank you

  • now thats what i call four wheeling!!!!

  • lol thanks man

  • @letsjstpretend7 yea jeeps rock :D not much to four wheel where im from :/ i miss my home town

  • nice vid . What time of the year was this?

  • 2007 and a lot o that stuff has gotten harder, some of it got easier though

  • love those scramblers ! I just bought a '83 in very ruff condition. Frames been hacked back together and body is gone! I'm afraid it'll never be street legal again. It's got a GM 4 cyl. in it. I was told it was stock. But givin' the situation, I'm gonna drop a AMC 401/TH 400 in it that I've been saving for the right project. Gonna build it from the frame up. Where you scrambler boys from?? I would REALY like to get into a scrambler club or forum to share build ideas. I'm from northern Indiana

  • scramblers are definatly the greatest four wheel drive vehicle ever made. and dont worry bout the body, the one on my blue jeep in the 3rd vid is actually a fiberglass replacement tub i got out of ohio and is better than the original. And were in the southeast, me and dad live in chattanooga, theres one in knoxville, and 2 in montavelo, and one more in chattanooga. As for a club i would try the scrambler owners asociation, their on the web check um out

  • The history of Willys's kind of confusing.

Here in Brazil, in 1968, was the union of the Willys Overland of Brazil with Ford Motors in Brazil renamed Ford-Willys, starting to manufacture their vehicles until the last in 1984.

In 1970, Ford-Willys renamed simply "Ford of Brazil." Gradually, Ford was replacing the Willys vehicles, and dying brand in Brazil.

In the United States do not know the history of the Jeep brand.

My jeep is one of the first out with engine GEORGIA FORD 2.3l OHC.

  • wow thats crazy, na in america it was bantam in 1939-41, willys till like the 70s, then amc from 70s to late 80s, then chrysler but they never mixed w/ any other companies lol

  • great video!!!

here in brazil we don´t see scramblers so easy.

    I have a FORD CJ5 76.

    :)

  • i bet not lol, there pretty rare here as well i just got lucky on myn

and when you say ford cj5 do you mean a jeep w/ a ford motor?

yall got any good riding down there?

  • Here in Brazil, from 1975, the jeep left with only the Ford brand (she had bought the old willys) with 4-cylinder engine (OHC Georgia 2.3l) and 4-speed exchange.

    was well until around 1984.

this same engine (OHC) left in SVO Mustangs, turbine manufactures, if I remember correctly.

    is a great engine!

  • "jampajti" is the login of my brother, but this is my answer, ok?

    anything, we're here!

  • thats crazy, i knew jeep did some wierd stuff in other countries but i never new they went ford thats awesome

  • i hate four wheel driving my dad loves it and i have to go four wheeling next week

    :-(

  • why do you hate it, its so much fun

  • Cool video, great jeeps, great trail. Be sure to bring the camera next time out fellas!

  • Jeep #1

  • heck ya they are

  • looks like there going threw all that in 4 high put it in 4 low and it will grip like no tommorow :P

  • we were all in 4 low, myns never even touched 4 high

  • God bless America and long live the jeep.

54 Willys stock.. nice vid thanks

  • Looks like a fun trail !! Like to run it, but livin here in oregon, well thats a wee bit far to travel. Otta come out to oregon some time we got some nice spots to run to. Oh by the awsome vid shoot some more.

  • Awsome video cj are the best jeep ever made im in the processs of redoing a 61 cj 5

  • cjs defiantly are the best, are you building it for wheeling or for show?

  • for wheeling

  • Awesome video and trail! Wish I could bring my jeep on that!!

  • thanx for the comment, and you probably could at least go around them, in atna theres no one way to go.

  • where abouts is this?

  • well its near racoon mountain if you know where that is, its across from lookout mountain, and if you dont know where that is its about 15 mins outside of chattanooga

  • damn thats far from me, minnesota. moab is closer lol. it looks like such an awesome trail though!

  • ya but if trust me even though moab has some really fun trails, if you want a challenge come to the east coast theres a lot less crawling and a lot more hammer down lol

  • what was paul running for tires?

  • 44" boggers every other tread cut

  • really nice video i was wondering who sings that song

  • That would be Trace Adkins

  • thanks, So the stock rollbar is useless in a jeep? and would i have to get a cage made? I've never seen any thing in the jeep parts catalogs.

  • well, the stock rolbar helps, but its nowhere near as safe as a cage, u either need to get a whole new cage built, custom make a cage to tie into ur roll bar, like the white jeep in the vid, or i believe certain places make prefabricated cages that you just have to put in, but i wouldnt know where to look.

    try jims offroad.

  • hi i really like jeeps but one thing i dont understand is how when they go thru deep water and the engine doesnt suck it up! can someone please explain?

  • well, in our case the water wasnt high enough to get to the air intake(as a result of the really tall tires), but sometimes the water can get high enough, so most of us cary snorkles that raise the air intake to your roof

  • That was a F!cking bad ass video...and yes ladies love country boys.

  • Kickass.... Not a bad job at all... I'd personally like to see the clips longer I like to see them getting out of them jams they were in... jmho

  • thanx for the advise,

did i not show most of them getting out though?

  • yea you did. I was thinking about anyone needing to be pulled out because as much of a pain as it is, Its part of wheeling and fun too.

  • well none of us got stuck that day lol, but my new vid might have some winching, its gona have my new jeep in it, so i guarantee there will be winching lol

  • I have a pretty stock 99 wrangler that im looking to do a few mods to... any tips you can throw this way? the only thing so far is a gas tank skid plate and some 1/2 decent 31's. I need an oil pan and a power steering box skid plate and im undecided on what size lift to go with

  • well the first thing is a cage, if ur gona do any kind of ofroading u need a cage, it has saved alot of lives, second would be a winch trust me u dnt wana be stuck in the middle of no where, then i would think about a lift if your gona change out ur driveshafts, go as big as you want, but if you dont wana change out ur driveshafts yet 3-4 in is about as big as ull wana go, then acording to your lift and how much u wana drive it id pic an agresive or alterain tire if you have any more ?S just ask

  • that was an amazing video

and it's true, lady's do love country boys

  • lol ya this hummer guy obviously has never been wheeling with jeeps. Or truly wheeling for that matter. He probably is thinking of 1+ rated trails that a Daewoo could wheel

  • well i live in lookout valley which is at the foot of this mtn and i have been up there my whole life and i dare the guy in the hummer to come up there.. c how long it takes before we burn ur piece of shit when it breaks.. o and by the way to the rich fuck in the hummer just cause u got money dont mean shit up there

  • I'm working on restoring my '81 CJ 5. Great video.

  • nice man, sounds like a good one, i have a '78 CJ5...love of my life. good luck with your restoration though. it'll be worth while

  • cool video. I love the toyota..actually, all the trucks are nice. This guy braggin up the hummer, invite him to bring it.

  • Great Video! Looks like so much fun. I wanna see more.

  • you make me miss mine!!

  • Rock on you guys

  • Great job, good footage. Can't be that song.

  • Great rigs great video

  • The only reason I would have a hummer, is to pull my Jeep to the next event. But then again, I don't even think I would even let a hummer do that.

  • lol neither would i theyre a waste of space

  • ht tp:// youtube. co m/watch?v =HG8-jgN5H1U

  • This h1 looks pretty stuck to me...I know I've made it through holes deeper than that. Hummers are one of the worst 4x4's for the price. I could take the 140k for a h1 and build one helluva TJ. Jeeps win, just face it.

  • That's why they are called bummers. :-)

Good vid by the way. But what about the 30 seconds of nothing at the end?

  • you can get a used h1 for 50,000 dollars, and a lot of times there pimped out and not stock any more, btw you guys have to floor it to get over things, you have to use momentum to get over, a hummer takes it nice and slow, much easier on the vehical and more fun, you guys need those huge tires or else you wouldnt move, now try driving on a highway with those tires, good luck, lmfao

  • lol ur full of it, id love to see a hummer try this. it wouldnt even make it to the hard stuff.

and by the way, i tilted the knuckles back on my jeep w/ 40s(a free upgrade) and i can drive it on the interstate now.

  • big wheels like that make it to floppy, giving you no control, and the slip easy, hummers forever

  • really? b/c ive never had that prb. infact ive never seen a hummer go up any of those hills so yea no ur full of it, and by the way, the big tires keep you from bottoming out...like hummers

  • thats because they skip those hills, to go up more challenging things, that you would get stuck on, your supspension is too soft, a hummer climbs over it, but yours just drives on it, btw there are plenty of things in that vid where you get stuck, those are rock crawlers, but if you bought a jeep stock you would never make it over that stuff, a hummer stck would, now pls reply saying some more crap at me, and defending your jeep, I know you will

  • lol um no, they dont event try those, let alone any of more challenge, b/c they know they wont make it.

lol and the only jeep that got stuck in that vid was b/c he had a hole in his radiator and it overheated. lol and a stock hummer wouldnt even be able to get to these obsticles let alone climb it so yea.

  • pretty good

  • thank you

  • your so stupid, say what you want, but those jeeps arn't STOCK< SO I COULD CUstomize a hummer to kick your ass

  • no there not, and if you think so, ur welcome to try anytime, anwhere.

  • you say a stock hummer couldn't beat your rock crawler, but your rock crwler isnt stock, so how is that fair, now bring you rock crwler out to iraq, in the middle of war, and see how you last, good lucj, and I know humvees get blown up, many survive, I cant imagine what would happen to your jeep, hahahah

  • lol i said my "stock cj7" could beat a hummer, my cj8 isnt stock, i have more than 1 jeep. and i never claimed a jeep could beat a hummer in war, b/c hummers are designed for hualing, but just b/c hummers have 4wd doesnt mean they could hang w/ a jeep here.

  • someday, I got to buy one first, dont critisize me for not having one yet, just saying
