When your disguised as a soldier or general, you can accuse other people of being 'infected' or 'the shapeshifter', and depending on their trust of you, other soldiers may believe you and shoot the soldier you accused.

Imagine you absorb a commander, and only 1 other guy sees you. So he shouts and yells, but no-one believes him. You, disguised as a commander, claim hes alex mercer trying to get you killed, and the other soldiers beleive you and kil him.

then heres what i do:

after they've kiled their friend, i transform back into alex mercer, and before they can go "HOLY SHIT!!!", i do the ground spike move, killing most of them. i then take out my claws, and slash the remaining soldiers, leaving one surviving soldier left for me to consume.

then i continue deceiving the military secretly, like..goin up on a rooftop, shootin down a helicopter, or calling soldiers in my chopper, and while they're in it, ditch the chopper, and do an elbow smash

i mean..when the chopper begins dropping below me, i do an elbow smash, blowing up the chopper and the guys inside it. this game is gonna be awesome..

also..can you consume regular civilians including women? all the videos i see only have alex mercer consuming soldiers.

yes you can consume normal civilians but there's an achievement (and perhaps a trophy) For consuming 10 or less civilians through the whole game so I would try to keep the granny parkour to a minimum.
