The premiere episode of this series. Unlike Joining of the Knights (Arabian Knights), this has no real beginning. But we can see that the throne has enemies like Count Duvac, who wants to start a war between Spain and France. The only character that establishes himself is Tooly, who wants to be a musketeer so bad that he often endangers himself and others in his quest. An all time favorite.
This was one of my favorite shows growing up. Besides the Arabian Knights, they showed Danger Island, The Hillbilly Bears and Micro-Ventures. They only made 4 episodes of the latter, though. Later, they would add Gulliver and Huck Finn to their program. And who can ever forget The Sour Grapes Bunch?
They look like friggin' Mounties.

Tooley was as annoying as Scrappy Doo and Little Rok.

Not only was Tooly voiced by Ted Eccles who voiced Dorno on "The Herculoids," he also looks just like him. Go figure.

I guess the general idea was that the famous novel by Alexandre Dumas would be the starting point for the animated series.
