@cadjunk Yeah the mountains are great in the spring. April and May are good months to visit. My buddy lives on the coastal plain of North Carolina now and I normally go visit him in May. And on my way back, after two weeks without mountains, I always get a smile on my face when I see Fancy Gap and the Blue Ridge in the distance. So I know what you mean about being homesick for the mountains. He always talks about missin the mountains too. He loves it when I send him my pictures...
