You do know that he wrote his PhD thesis about this topic and was awarded for it? As the best thesis of the year.... If I were you I would just go and sit in one of his lectures, it is really enlightening and a lot of fun. I personally enjoed it.

Come on man. Use your brain. What is "idiotic" about it. What are the factual errors? Any dimwit can hurl abuse, but if you want to make a contribution to the debate, point out what you regard as Dr Rane's errors. Make an argument or shut up.

i could make numerous arguments to this however I would recommend you pick up the book Israel and the Arabs by Ahron Bregman and Juhan El-Tahri. By the name you can tell it will be very objective and will show both perspectives. Great read.
