  • i have been playing for nearly 12 years on the cello, but i probably could never sound as good as you!

  • @413cello All the best with your playing.

  • wow, i cant stop watching your episodes either. simply amazing!

  • Sir, you have an absolutely hypnotizing effect when you play. I can't help but watch all of your episodes.

  • There will never be too many cellos.

  • totally agree.

  • Whenever I record myself playing cello it sound bad. This is really good.

  • wow....thats really beautiful...ive been playing for six years and im not even close to having that kind of tone...i want to learn how to make my cello sing instead of just playing notes....GOOD JOB!

  • Thank you. I hope your playing goes well.

  • i had to play this for a viola audition, but since i heard this, i like it better on cello

  • bravissimo!

  • Excuse me, but I think strings are not easy at all. This talented man only makes it look like that. I understand that woodwinds are also difficult, but just because string players can breathe while they are playing doesn't mean the instruments are easy to play at all. We still have tons of other things to think about like intonantion, vibrato, and bowings.

  • @mayablanca string instruments, particularly baroque, are within the harder instruments with flute and brass being easiest. ive been playing trombone, cello and piano and cello by far is harder than them both. and this isnt coming from a crappy mediocre player, this is common knowledge.

  • Can a clarinet do vibrato? How about bowing?

  • i play a little clarinet and sax and is super easy this i also play cello and is like 1,000,000 more difficult

  • haha now, how are you gonna defend yourself onecircle??

  • Wow have you ever played strings before in your life? I don't how hard Bach might be on the clarinet but I can tell you that for the cello there is more room for interpretation than the clarinet, so often you'll be judged more. Not to mention technically you have to think about the bowing, vibrato, intonation, and tons of other stuff I won't even bother to mention. Next time don't post crap, especially on a cello video.

  • and also string crossings and brush strokes and all sorts of crap like that

  • I play the flute and appreciate what you are saying about breathing. But we don't have to move our hands at all or 'guess' where to put our fingers to make the right notes! I think the point I'm making is each instrument has its own challenges.

  • I LOVE CELLO JOURNEY

  • You´re awesome man i love classic music and for what i can see you too... So i want to learn to play chello or violin and hopefully i´ll be as good as you one day

...My name is Kevin and i´m from Mazatlan, Sinaloa, Mexico here where the heat is hell...no i´m just kidding... good job men keep it up

  • This is one of my fav cello pieces by Bach. You played it well.
