@bichromatepacifi ya but that would steal from the artist. Not cool at all. Instead, purchase the mp3 here museeks dot com/artists/1/ArtPipeOrgan.shtml
I'm sorry but I do not believe that u recorded this piece of music! I believe it is a older classical recording of E. Power Biggs...i recognize his style, and the sound of his recording! U did however add some nice sound effects to the piece..and your keyboard-syncing is pretty good, but i did see flaws there...and Oh! where is the pedal movement?? U missed that detail! All in all, it is an entertaining piece of extraordinary music, and well-played (by whoever really played it!).
I CAN read.....u dimwit!...can u READ THIS? "Draft rendition of a classic work by Bach, from the soundtrack I performed on my CD 'Pipe Organ Story' " {quote} I am saying i do NOT think he played that piece of music we hear...i recognize that piece is by E. Power Biggs..{maybe i'm wrong about that...but that is what i think!}
Now...wise guy, tell me what u think..or even know. Do u anything about organ music? I wonder if u do...i do not think u know what u r talking about!
Arthur...thank u most definately for your kind explanation of this recording and what u had to say explains my confusion perfectly!! U obviously have organ mastery talent...but the dubbing threw me off..and made me wonder why u sounded like a Biggs recording!...Many thanks for your most gracious explanation!! "May the great spirit of Bach, and Biggs flow thru u into the music!!
{BTW, i met Virgil twice...and loved his Bach immensely!}
My Fugue part has more "Fox" isms. But I was offended by some of his party-time Jig Fuga antics. We love Fox, most of the time, but as for the party Jig, me and Biggs say, "What the HELL was that?"
Virgil Fox used a particular pedal method given him by the great Dutch Master Willhelm Middleschulta (forgive the spelling no discrespect intended)it did not allow the knees to be together. Play as you walk, was the order,thus the "Jig Fuga" took on ,innocently I might add,, all the action of the musician Jigging All his students use his pedal method, which they had to learn
babelfish translation: That stro..ata... More than offensive... unfortunately become a place common to approach the wonderful one Toccata e Fuga of Bach to ste scenes. Bè, orrendo.
I despise any association of this with phantom, and agree it is all to often given in credit to it and dracula, rather than bach. No, no, Ressurection of Lazarus is all POTO (according to the novel) I love phantom with all of my heart, but I hate when people think of it with this piece. ^_^ nice vid though!

Che stro..ata...
Più che offensivo...purtroppo diventato un luogo comune accostare la meravigliosa Toccata e Fuga di Bach a ste scene.
Bè, orrendo.

Church piece or no, the song is still sinister. Im not sure if it was ment to be, it just is. Dark and sinister. Devious even.
