no they arent, and its not gang wars its MOB WAR, and that means when your killing too many gangsters it will raise your vendetta up ( once the vendeta reaches almost complete ) it starts a mob war, the only 2 ways to end it is by BOMBING a rival business or bribing a fbi agent..how hard is that..=/
