I'm so thrilled that DAYS is FINALLY getting some emmy love...they have deserved it for FOREVER!! but AMC? REALLY?? the acting was okay for most of the year, so the acting nods i can understand, but best drama series? The writing and storylines were horrible the entire year through- the show was completely ruined!! Where are GH, OLTL and Y&R?? They all had wonderful a wonderful year, especially OLTL.But I'm very glad Kirsten Storms was nominated this year: she should have had it last year

I don't understand why AMC got so many nominations!!! I think the writing in 2008 was TERRIBLE, and I hope they bring back Megan McTavish before Charles Pratt runs the show into the ground. Just because the ratings have gone up, doesn't mean the QUALITY of the show has gone up!!!!!!!!!!!!
