they also tell me someone will get back to me. all i want is to know who owns KCC and kent police, but it not because i want to do business with them its because i don't. will they give me this info based upon reasons?

The word corporation is polysemantic and has multiple definitions from multiple sources. Of course that they can fit a definition for a corporation. Any group/body of people acting in a certain way can be called a corporation.

Seneca: the Uniform Commercial Code is what any corporation has to follow. Does your policy enforcers (police) have to follow the UCC? The bonds are floated on future revenue, or "Accounts Receivable" based on last years receipts. This is what you would be buying, Future revenue receipts, basically they are getting their funding in advance for their budgets while at the same time, enjoy LLC or Limited liability Insurance as a Corp.

I'm sure you can find them there on your Bond Market in the UK, somewhere in the "City of London"; I would guess.

It's not necessarily a matter of how much but rather what type of evidence is needed. I would like to see some tangible evidence, like official documents and signatures, recorded conversations and corrupt public officials caught In flagrante delicto. That type of evidence.
