Yes hair straightening will remain straight forever it is just the new grows that you will need to touch up in 6-7 month.

I have it done! lasts for a very long time. I don't even think you need to get it done after 6 months. For me it just started growing back after 6 months.

My hair takes me 5 mintues to brow dry and I don't have to straighten it!
