  • beautiful!

  • I would love to hear this in person, sounds absolutely amazing.

  • Very impressing! You are pretty talented!

  • YES! I was looking for new talent, and I found it! This is extraordinary -- such great harmonic choices and rhythms ^_^ It's like a mix between Chopin and Kapustin.

Thanks for sharing! This is going under my favs, for sure =)

  • Come on, people. Of course this etude is playable!! It's really nice, too. Great job, Eric! :)

  • Sounds wonderful.

  • Well, this piece is fantastic =) no doubt about that. However, not quite my forte (pun intended). Because I’m obsessed with the power music can have over someone emotionally (shown through my composing), this didn’t quite captivate my desire to be transfixed elsewhere through music. Even though I’m well aware that this piece’s intentions were not to necessarily emotionally elicit story, feeling, and exposition, I still believe this work of yours could have been significantly more dynamic.

  • Great Music

  • I am most impressed with this composition, but have one question - is this damn thing playable by anyone other than Marc-Andre Hamelin? It would seem to me to be something like the Nancarrow works - playable only on a computer. (And if it is playable only by Marc-Andre Hamelin, have you sent him a copy???)

  • fantastic, highly entertaining in the best sense of the word! to me it seems like you find your own (tonal) harmonic language or a specific statement, at the same time logical and musical!

  • Wow! This is simply marvelous!

  • yes .....but this awful soul-less computer rendition does not do justice to the piece.

  • What would do you the most good here, is to get well known concert pianists to include this in their concert programmes..........

  • Fantastic.

  • Hey Eric you left a nice comment on my Gershwin Do Do Do...let me return the favor here on this wonderful sort of Kapustinesque prelude of yours worthty of being in any pianists rept of encores h88

  • @harriter88 Really like the displaced rhythms and left hand syncopations

  • Very cool composition and Great playing!

  • I felt the rhythm has changed too much.

However, I thought that I was a good tune.

  • Very nice! An interesting mix of influences too.

  • OMG! I don't know why you would be asking me my opinion on this. I know nothing about playing piano or reading music except to say that your playing and this piece is beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing your talent.

  • o_O My god is beautifull!
