@MrJacMac1986 That's right, they are the current type of guards' vans on Irish Rail, generally used for engineering work only.

Thanks guys, it was filmed in September 2010. Glad you like the sounds, I was surprised how well they were as I didn't have any sound protection fitted to the camera.

Lovely video - great to see freight trains on Irish tracks - it's been so long since I've seen one in Maynooth I'd almost forgotten Irish Rail still do any freight at all!
