You can do it normally by selecting the HM, then the Pokémon from the list. A Raticate can use Cut, I think I used him.

So, you want me to RE-levelcamp "Pikachu" to Level 99? XD I don't know... if Nestopia glitched out, it has to be the fucked up programming. This is why I used VirtuaNES' latest build (previous builds froze early in the game)...

Wow, Waixing obviously had no sense when they have the Elite Four and Gary these random Pokemon... even the Sandslash that was featured in one of your weird dreams, and the Porygon that is for some reason called "3D Dragon". How I know that is because the last Chinese character means dragon.

Anyway, that was a very entertaining video :)

You're correct. This is a pirate of Pokemon Yellow as the artwork came from it to begin with. Also how can you fight your own back, no cmmoent. Along with the part of mixed up Elite Members. It's made by Waixing. The only thing expected from them is shit.
