Nobody gave up on the Fiero. GM dumped it because it was attracting potential Corvette buyers and that would have put a serious hurt on gm back then. It nearly matched the vettes performance at a fraction of the cost, so they killed it. It's sad really

I, too, would like to see a walk around on that ultra-sweet Fiero. I bought a 2010 Camaro 2SS 6-speed manual last January in which I'm planning to supercharge it's 6.2 V8 in a couple of years. But my first car was a 1987 Fiero GT from 1989-1997. I'll always love the Fiero. That was the last great car that Pontiac made from the time of it's birth in my opinion. If they revived it with improved mechanics, I do believe it would've added new life to Pontiac & kept Pontiac alive for that matter.

@psychoninja911 The 3800SC was in the Grand Prix GTP. The G6 was never Supercharged and neither was the G8.

12.06 @ 110 mph. That is definatley not a v8 fiero. Sounds like a 3800 supercharged one to me.
Way to go v6 fieros. Def the best way to go if you want to go fast. v8 fieros are slow.
