I have an idea, so instead of the flap closure, I want to use magnet and maybe cut out a thin strip and glue it onto the edges where the box opens. Do you foresee any problem with that?

i got my trays at michaels its because they are not called mosaic molding trays they were under mosaic rectangle trays and were 1.49 i have like 100 at my michaels but i cant find the dumb button clasp!!!

Great idea,Koren!! Cvs has a watercolors palette that has the same size wells for eye shadows and depotted lipsticks... The price is around $3.00 or more. Just soak the palette until all the watercolors come out,clean with rubbing alcohol later and then add magnets.

seems like a lot of other ppl are having trouble finding the mosiac molding tray as well as the hinges and clasp. i too went to michaels - i know the store like the back of my hand. could not find the trays anywhere, not even the section w/ the other mosiac stuff. NOR the hinges/clasp in both wood working sections of the store. a little disappointing..

The way i like to think of knife saftey is before applying any pressure, if this blade slipps, is there any possibility it will cut me. If yes, move intill that answer is no. It has saved me alot of grief in the kitchen!
