Psychogenic disorders are psychological but her physical problems could not be controlled consciously. It is not caused by a flu shot but do not sneer at it. She is probably honestly not faking or not realizing she is faking she believes in her condition so thoroughly. I think if Americans viewed psychological phenomenon with less stigma people might be able to accept it as a diagnosis.

Anti vac nuts loved her. She's as nutty as them. I personally never get vacs, but more because I am lazy. I don't think they do anything bad to you because I've read what's in them and the amount of the ingredients. It's nothing that can hurt you.
