Great point. I am a KSU grad and I am not so stupid to recognize there are bad people on the team I cheer for. If I dismiss it simply cause they are wildcats would be putting the blinders on, which is what KU fans do. Its unbelievable that they defend every single thing. They have a reason for everything. I know a lot of KU fans on the KU sites were pissed off with Morris after the Mizzou game. Most were calling for a suspension. Definitely weren't making excuses for him. And what he did wasn't half as bad or obvious as what clemente did.

And I think it's irresponsible to assume somebody's guilty just because they had a court case. I myself have been accused of things I didn't do. I give any other person, whether wildcat or jayhawk, the benefit of the doubt unless proven guilty.

When charges are brought by law enforcement, 99.999999% of time its for the right reason. If you want to discuss the law, I'd be happy too. I know it pretty well. I think what Clemente did was wrong, but bumping an official disrespects the game more in my opinion. If Clemente puched-that would be worse.

You said that if people have charges brought against them, they are almost always guilty. Well, for one, 99.99999% is way way way off. I know several people who've been accused for things they haven't done. Recent stats have suggested that rape cases alone are only right about 60% of the time(A lot of innocents convicted, and alot of guilty go free, happens a lot when a case relies on a persons "word for it").
