I have always loved this movie...ehthan hawke's character personifies the type of man I always pictured myself to be with and I always seen myself walking in the shoes of winona. I saw this movie as a kid too, around age 10 as well and I still love it till this day. in some ways, when they argued, it reminds me of this person I know or knew..how it gets with him and he goes disappearing from my life and swears not to be back but somehow he still does. I doubt he will come back this time.

Great movie. Winona Ryder is one of the most talented actresses ever. She was on the top in the 90's but unfortunately she isn't nowadays. I hope Star Trek (2009) and The Informers will help her to get a good roles. Winona was amazing in Reality Bites. The same with Ethan Hawke - impressive acting. Janeane Garofalo, Steve Zahn and Ben Stiller did a great job too.
