Helpful tip on teaching. Perhaps play the part your teaching first. Go over each part several times breaking it up into segments. Cut out all the extra talk and showing your music. Play only what is necessary for others to learn. Those who read music already know what your explaining and those who don't your just confussing them. Now try it in E flat major. Thats how the song is written in.

Great tutorial but as others have said you are in a different key! Quick way to fix it is just go up a half step on every note and you have it perfect

yeah, I wrote about the key switching I did in the info section. to keep it simple, I just used the free online chords and kept it in D. I could have used the transpose function on my keyboard, but I wanted people who have standard pianos to be able to follow along with the tutorial in the same key.
