I have had this phone for 2 years and hated every second with it. The metal piece covering the camera/speakerphone fell off. Buttons are directly attached onto the phone and are hard to use most of the time. Camera is not great but its better than some. Battery life starts out ok then ends completely horrible. I have to charge it over night or it won't last long. VERY EASILY scratched or dented. The back cover falls off if dropped on anything generally. I dropped it on a pillow and it fell off.

@Dell0304 cause i went throught 9 batteries and 2 phones and the batteries still died after 4 text messages and it was almost dead at the end of the day and the world option was not good

I disliked this because I HATE the phone. The video is good.

I had to use this abomination of a device for 18 months. Thanks to a completely wasted upgrade. I'm on my 3rd of this dumvice and am waiting until my Android phone comes in. This camera was so horrible. I wish it didn't butcher my images. My first phone had a leaking screen for probably NO reason. The second phone wouldn't hold a charge ( Note : Not the battery ). The third ? I'm throwing it at a wall in 4 days.

this fone is freckin crap!!!!!!!! ive had it for almost 2 years now and my upgrade is september 2nd. the front screen is so scratched i cant even c it!! every time i drop it it gets a huge dent or scrath.. (not very durable!!!) the buttons suck 4 txtin and most of my txt messages take 5 mintues to come in and i miss a lot of calls wen i have full service!! the metal [part around the camera is coming off and the back is taped on because it brokeeeeee! :/ hate this fone and NVR get it....

this phone is horrible ! its my first phone ever and i hate it ! im on my 2nd one but it has many issues, i cant charge it anymore, the screen on the front cracked the first time i dropped it. my first one of this model, it wouldnt charge. the phone is a piece of crap

in word mode. i know i can go to abc. but that is just more buttons to hit.

try pressing the 8 key and then using the up or down arrow on the d pad. that will normally cycle thru all the letters available on that key

for like a u you hit the 8 button twice; for an 1, hit the 4 button three times; for the number 7, hit the 7 button 5 times etc

I'm so mad at Nokia and Verizon for what they have done to this phone. If you plan on using a USB transfer cable to upload your own custom ringtones and wallpapers, forget it! The phones software is not supported by Nokia's PC Suite nor is it supported by BitPim. It's too bad, because the phone itself looks sharp.

it's not nokia that lock down features on the phone. it's verizon. and they did it with all phones. but i had this phone a few months back and i was able to put custom wallpapers and mp3 ringtone just fine with it.

What program did you use to do this? It is not supported by BitPim nor Nokia PC Suite. Or did you create a folder on a memory card and transfer them that way?

I've had this phone for 4 months.

Wow, this phone really sucks! It has all the right things to make a great phone - USB port, storage, camera w/flash, bluetooth, etc.

Yet Verizon has limited the connectivity so much, the phone looses it's attraction. (No USB or Bluetooth transfer for calendar, music, video, backup, notes, or contacts).

Overall, the phone is just annoying.

yes u can sync music, thru windows media player, using the phones vcast program.

This is the worst phone I have ever owned. I have a hard time hearing because the sound is so distorted. It gets a little better if I turn the volume way down. Terrible quality.
