Milk is bad go for the vast majority of people, it's only been marketed as health food because of the multi million dollar dairy companies that sell it. Look it up, most people lose the enzymes that specifically break down milk in the body as kids.

Milk is bad go for the vast majority of people, it's only been marketed as health food because of the multi million dollar dairy companies that sell it. Look it up, most people lose the enzymes that specifically break down milk in the body as kids.

Great info but skim milk? That's high Gi and last I heard fats never made anyone fat! Skim milk is just dead milk and no one should drink it unless they have high cholesterol.

hey guys Im 5'9 147lbs., I want to have sixpack abs at the same time build some muscle. Problem is I don't know what exactly routine to follow, do I have to do cardio and lift weights to lose the fat or just lift weights alone??? cause some said doing cardio will burn up my muscle.
