    Just stretch. Every other day should be fine. Make sure you hold the stretches for a while. Its pretty relaxing actually.

  • @SuperFucker1997 dear super, the problem is that you are too heavy for your high probably, soo even though you do abs or whatever to make your 6 pack pop out, they wont, first try to go to a doctor and ask to mesure your body fat, you have to have less than 10%fat so your abs can come out, meanwhile focus on the cardio and weight lifting , FOCUS CARDIO to loose weight that is probably the problem , I have the same problem here... Go ahead e Good luck .

  • Milk is bad go for the vast majority of people, it's only been marketed as health food because of the multi million dollar dairy companies that sell it. Look it up, most people lose the enzymes that specifically break down milk in the body as kids.
