The lemur is a midi controller which controls looping, the same as any £20 controller could do. Gets an accapella of vocal, Loops at certain random points. Bring in reward is cheese is called mixing Ableton style, along site looping nothing else.

I know you don't know any better but that's not hard to do with ableton

all he did was change the pitch and let it run. then he used the EFX 1000 ta "chop" up the vocals to improve the build up. now at 2:50 the clip is cut. between that time and what is recorded next Deadmau5 basically loops the reward track build up.

Both Deadmau5 and PVD use Ableton Live to implement a "live" element into their sets. PVD usually throws in some improved keys whereas Deadmau5 runs a sampler with massive amounts of audio effects.

the thing is.. he has been in the music stuff a long time making beats and.. saving them until he defined himself into a genre...he was even in the early fruityloops in  some tutorials... hehe.. he couldnt produce trance like the mainstream and his similar result was arguru in ISOS 6 which led to his international recognition and followed by alot of minimal tracks (wich minimal was being a huge movement) and well.. now he iis just pounding on everybody with he's awesome skills and random shit
