I measured myself and do all kinds of body tests on the Wii every week after the Kenpo x final work out of the week. It's a great tool to measure body fat. The Wii knows it stuff. Just my two cent.

@xcstacy2 they really are different, even "skinny" people are considered obese when their ratio of FAT to MUSCLE is greater than the muscle they have. So in essence a REALLY fat person could be less obese than a skinny person if they have more muscle under their fat than the skinny one. A person's slenderness doesnt denote their physical capacity either, p90x could definitely be utilized by "skinny" people for the same reason a "fat" person would use it.
