Breaking Dawn should only be one long movie just like all of the Lord of the Rings. I mean the LOTR books were split into two but you don't see part 1 and part 2 of the movies. Id like it to be one movie. :/ It is true that there is a lot to fit in one movie, but since it was originally one book, i'd like it to stay as one movie.
I thought it would be 3 movies because of Book 1: Bella, Book 2: Jacob, and Book 3: Bella. Some of my friends think it will end up being rated R but I don't really kno wut i think about the rating!
3 movies is way too much b/c then each movie wouldnt even reach a movie length, itd be like 30 min or an hour. and theres nothing rlly inappropriate to make it rated r. they dont describe the sex scene in any detail whatsoever

Why would it be two movies? Nothing much happens in it, alot of it is thoughts and the characters feelings.. Harry Potter is being made into two movies because nearly every chapter have vital information that needs to be included for the final chapters. Twilight is getting annoying now, just another reason to get Harry Potter & Twilight to be compared.
Well from what I understand it is going to be two movies...the first movie will end right as Bella wakes up from being turned. Like an up close shot of Bella's eyes and they open and there red. ROLL CREDITS. And then the second movie will pick up from that moment. But I also heard that there going to film it all the way through with one director...kinda like they did with Lord of the Rings, but show the second film almost a year later. Breaking Dawn should only be one long movie just like all of the Lord of the Rings. I mean the LOTR books were split into two but you don't see part 1 and part 2 of the movies. Plus nothing happens in Breaking Dawn to make it two movies, it maybe a long book but quantity is not always quality. I'm sure a great director would be able to fit everything in BD movie and it would still come out as awesome. Continuining on the next post...

And Breaking Dawn shouldn't even come out as a 4 hour long movie. It would drag on and on and it would be boring! As I've said, nothing happens in Breaking Dawn so it's best to keep on the 2 1/2 or 3 hour line.

if it was 1 movie it would be like 4 hours long (most likely cuz of so much happening) and id be completeley willing to sit there and watch the whole thing
if it was 2 movies, where would they split it up? she gets married, honey moon, pregnant, then it switches to Jakes POV with wolf stuff then back to bella when she has Renesmee and then the volturi comes, it seems kinda stupid to cut it off in the middle of her pregnancy and plus is hate to have to wait longer for another oneeeee

to be honest, i hope it will be one movie. the book sort of lags on and on about the same conflicts. there aren't many scenes.
-but also i don't like the series so I might as well just watch two more movies and get it over with. now my friends will have to drag me to the theaters three more times instead of two.

i think it should be in 2 movies but i dont think they should space them out very far... people will start to forget... but if there are two movies than we get more.. they cut out a lot in Twilight... and she changed alot.. it was very different from the book.. new moon was better.. hopefully eclipise and breaking dawn will be accurate

What details? seriously what details? Harry Potter has more details then breaking dawn. Lord of the rings has more details then Breaking Dawn and True Blood has more details to. They are copying Harry Potter because said it first along before twilight was made. They said while still filming the Half Blood Prince. Don't get me wrong I like twilight but do I think Twilight is better then Harry Potter? no Harry Potter is better and I love that series more then twilight sorry. BD don't need 2 film

I liked new moon but that was a boring book for like 13 chapters but they took a lot of the boring parts out and made it funny but i wish they would do some

I say it should be 2 movies. Because there is so much that happens in Breaking Dawn. I think it would be too much for one movie. Unless they made it a long movie then maybe. Summit would make more money if they did two so maybe they should just make it two and so they can tell the whole story without cutting out too much.

I read the bookes in like 3 weeks my mom had given me twilight and new moon i watched the movie for twilight about 2 months befor new moon was in theaters so i read newmoon first then orderd eclipse and braking dawn from the library read twilight will i was waiting braking dawn came first so i read it and then eclips out of order I think that was funny

yes but it is not as good as the worst witch the story is just a cop off and a bad one. watch the worst witch and every thing you can find about withches, vampiers, werewolves, at least myers studied and made a good saga. hp is not worth teh paper the first was printed on. i respect real vampiers wiches and lycan/werewolves other things you have no idea are real. at least myers likes twilight . jk hates hp exept for her poket book.

don't believe anything heard until summit says so. i still think it will be two movies. and btw, i always got the impression from SM that she thought the movie SHOULD be split in two... never that it had to be one. they're still waiting on Melissa Rosenberg to finish writing the screen play to figure out how best to manage. this movie is gonna either come out in two parts or be like Gone With the Wind where you're sitting there watching for 4+ hours straight. that's what i expect.

I think it would be better as 2 movies, theres a lot of detail in the book. If they did it as 2 movies, they could do the 1st one right up to Bella giving birth, or becoming a vamp. and the second movie could continue after that.

Why would it be two movies? Nothing much happens in it, alot of it is thoughts and the characters feelings.. Harry Potter is being made into two movies because nearly every chapter have vital information that needs to be included for the final chapters. Twilight is getting annoying now, just another reason to get Harry Potter & Twilight to be compared.

Well from what I understand it is going to be two movies...the first movie will end right as Bella wakes up from being turned. Like an up close shot of Bella's eyes and they open and there red. ROLL CREDITS. And then the second movie will pick up from that moment. But I also heard that there going to film it all the way through with one director...kinda like they did with Lord of the Rings, but show the second film almost a year later. Don't ask how I know...I just heard.
