@Themakaveli96- yea but with hydraulics, you gotta weld bars in the back, charge the batteries and it requires modification. The batteries make your trunk absolutely wordless, with bags you can still use the trunk effectively and bags do not destroy fuel economy, making the car practical to use every day. Hydraulics also cost more and are very bad for the frame and engine components and bags are more comfortable and quieter. It doesn't really matter either way, but i like bags more :)

Yep, it takes a while at first start up for it to build pressure, if you got a high output comp, it wont take long.
