  • 1. Stunning and amazing and beautiful and touching movie!!

    2. Sigourney Weaver is the shit, and do is the rest of the team!

    3. Bobby is so damn handsome in the photo!

    4. Ending song is nice!

    5. God is unconditional love! God honors all! God makes no mistakes! If you weren't worthy, you wouldn't have been born! Do what you want as long as you don't impose on anyone else!

    6. This movie is awesome and great and inspiring!!!

    7. ARRRGGGHHH!!!!!!!

  • OMG it's the most beautiful movie I've ever seen! I literally cried! U.U so sad!

  • wow!!! this is such a great movie. I'm a guy and I was doing okay holding back the tears but from 9:10 to 10:00 I pretty much balled like a baby.

  • Just so sad thinking of all his family walking in the parade, and he isn't there to experience their acceptance : (

  • my brother came out a few months ago. Though my family never stopped loving him, its been a process for them. This movie broke my heart so much. I never want there to be another story like bobby's. And certainty not for my brother.

  • I'm seriously crying

  • i know i couldnt stop crying through the movie

  • ALL OF THE MOTHERFUCKING AWARDS TO Sigourney WEAVER I couldnt stop crying, and in the last part I literally screamed D: omg SUCH A WONDERFUL FILM WHAT A MESSAGE . <3

  • I have just finished this movie for the first time. In all honesty, I have never cried this much in my entire life. This movie is absolutely fantastic, and extremely sad. It was inspiring to me, and it gives me hope for people, and I want to be around to see the changes happen. I'm glad I put the pills away when I did, or else I wouldn't be here to see the progress the world has made. I wish Bobby was here to experience the progress as well.

  • il faut tjr qu'une personne meurt pour faire avancer les choses ,un film triste, une vie triste

  • I cried my heart off my shoulder.

  • This was amaezing movie I think that I've never cryed so much watching a movie I loved it. I tought that I'm gonna see some stupid movie with stupid ending coz someone wrote at the trailer that bobby is dyeing in the end but i was like ok I watch sad ending story but only this time. And you have no idea how happy I was at the end. I think I'm gonna start watch those movies with sad ending or I might miss something like this was -3

  • You don't have to be an animal to support animal rights,

So you don't have to be gay to support gay rights.

  • That was so moving and inspiring. I am so proud of that woman for the progress she made. This gives me hope for the future.

  • SO GOD GOR US

  • almost wish my kids would be gay gay so i could e supportive

  • Everyone just wants the Free~'*

  • I literally cried watching most of this movie. I feel all of Bobby's pain. This movie definitely changed my life for sure. I can't believe all these young people suffer through all of what Bobby went through and as what I went through. I hope and pray God help all of them! It is an intense battle. But we can conquer it!!

  • Without having seen this movie, I don't know if I would be here a year from now... It left me in tears and inspired me to go on no matter what. "I am going to be a success in every way I can. It is my goal to achieve a sense of pride and worth as a human being." The fact the movie is based on a true story makes it even more heart wrenching... Too many of the good people die young. -.-

  • I am cry so much I dont think I saw the last ten minutes. Such an amazing story and the fact that it is true makes it even more heart breaking

  • Couldn't. Stop. Bawling. Again, I'm not kidding. I don't think I've cried this much all at once, ever.

I'd clap right now because of how inspirational and wonderful and saddening this movie is, but I probably already look like a mess, and I don't think that it would be smart to act like even more of a weirdo. And I have to wash my stiff cheeks.

  • If someone want see the entire film, just ask I have

  • mankind have a lot to learn about what truth realy means cause it not what you are thought!!

the real and true god loves all people gay or other wise~)

  • This Movie Has So Much Meaning /;

  • Dammit! Here comes the tears!

    *Blows nose*

  • Bloody perfect!

  • gay rights* Couldn't see or think properly through my tears. And it's 6:19 am and I haven't slept. xD

  • You don't have to be gay to support human rights. You just have to be HUMAN.

  • Woooow what a movie I was crying all through the end xxx

  • Favorite <3

  • Gotta admit I almost cried in this on several occasions

  • Crying so hard still...such a good movie though.

  • This film touches my heart. Couldn't stop crying.

  • @royaltornado......but in the they also said tht bible and quran was written during time when world was different and world is different now......so the significance of out changes as per time and changes in the world

  • @colours of rainbow.....very true mate

  • I cried the whole movie.

  • does anybody know the name of this song

  • @NBCTDB Leona Lewis -here i am

  • This was difficult. It's been hard.

  • @nickjackson97 wow im crying right know

  • i neverd cry in my life but this just sett it off and i am gay to wow

  • T_T and I don't cry easily.

  • This is the only movie to ever make me cry.

  • I'm crying so much now ; . ;

  • RIP Bobby. Sad that Gay people are shunned by society and not given equal rights.

In India we ape the west - this is one area we really need to - Let Homosexuality be Legal.

We all have an equal Right to live free.

And yes, this was a Beautifully made film.

  • I love this movie I told my parents I was gay when I was 14 and it could if been better (I'm 15 now)

  • i cried sooooo much.

  • Well, this is what happens with religion.

  • Yeah I'm shedding tears, I cried through out the movie. Holding back my tears so the people in my house won't hear me.

  • The problem is that Christians blame Muslims in the verse of stoning, which also have!??

  • the movie was very very emotional & influential But the truth is that the three monotheistic religions Judaism, Christianity and Islam prohibits homosexuality !! I am a Muslim and I know well that God punished the sodomites because of this act because it has been mentioned in the KoranOnly NOTE: In the fifth section of the film the priest has said that is mentioned in the Bible Women stoned to death if they are married without a virgin The problem is that

  • first film I've cried at in about 10 years

  • Es poco de lo que sufrimos internamento los que por infortunio o fortuna de la vida somos asi , solo nosotros sabemos cuanto sufrimos por ser diferentes a lo que la sociedad y las leyes de Dios establecen .

  • Omg i cant stop crying

  • Wow I'm 16, gay and christian and I can't stop crying about this movie

  • I really like this movie. I am going through things, and this really inspired me.

  • Cried like a baby watching this movie - every parent should b made to watch this

  • This video truely and honestly saved me. I know what Bobby felt to an extent. My family is probably as religious as they can get. I was raised to know that homosexuality is a sin and an abomination. For years I've always be scared. Scared that i'm going to hell, and scared my family will send me to reparitive therapy. I'm no longer scared of going to hell, and is living a happier louder life :o) I'm extremly glad I watched this!

  • This is a great story about acceptance of a childs sexuality..

  • This movie made me cry non stop! We are all people, just because you are gay or lesbian doesnt make you anything less, sadly some people dont believe this. Well I do, I'm straight but I do know some homosexuals and I treat them like I would treat any other. We are all equal -3 I love this movie -3 R.I.P Bobby

  • i'm a Bobby too.

  • Where is my Bobby? Ill take all my care of him.Never let him go!

  • Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh myyyyyyyyy Goddddddddddddddddddddd!!!!!!!!...what a story! Tissue plssss!

  • Crying non stop!! I am a Bobby too!!!

  • I am a grown man and I watched this with my partner, Luke. We were cuddling on the couch and he turned to me at the end of her speech because he felt the tears on his shoulders. This is the first time he has ever witnessed me cry.

  • WOW THIS IS AN AMAZING FILM, THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR POSTING, I AM NOT GAY BUT I FEEL EVERYONE SHOULD TREAT GAY PEOPLE WITH RESPECT AND LOVE... JUST BCUZ THEY ARE DIFFERENT DOESN'T MEAN THE LORD LOVES THEM ANY LESS!

  • This story will be in my heart for ever and remember that there's nothing wrong with queer

  • Bevor sie zu allem Amen sagen, zu Hause oder an ihrem Arbeitsplatz, denken sie immer daran, ein Kind hört zu ...

    - Mary Griffith -

  • i seriously can't stop crying

  • I teared up in this last part of the movie.. I don't understand why us gay people don't have equal rights with others.. I pray for anyone like Bobby to not take his or her life... Things will get better.. </3

  • @rsftwhehe2

As terrible and sad as Bobbys' suicide was, it's retelling in the medium of television has succeeded in "Humanizing" LGBTQ people, more than anything else in my lifetime! For unlike then, today not only are we joined by many of our LGBTQ brothers and sisters, but scores of wonderfully evolved straight friends and allies are with us! So dry your tears my friend, and we may all join hands to make this a "Thing" of the past!

    Love Blaine

  • Amazing. This movie goes very deep on several essential subjects. Of course, tolerance, but also different ways of practicing religion : blindly following an esoteric book, or trying to live like the MCC reverant (who's one of the most inspirational character ever seen). And that's not all! Thanks a lot for posting this treasure...

  • so inspirational.

  • When she went up to the boy, seeing him as bobby when really he was just another gay boy, and hugged him.... Im a mess all over again. Such an inspirational movie...

  • Cried out loud {:/.. really beautiful <3

  • This is the most inspirational movie ive ever seen =) it made me cry so much n it changed my view about religions n gay n everything really .... I think everybody should watch this n remember bobby n his moms memory n message !!!

  • @animejewel

    Ciao Bella?

I'm terrible with proper "Gender" referencing here on YT, so please forgive me if I "F" it up? I just wanted, as Bobby Griffiths' "Once Upon a Time" young lover/boyfriend, to express how moved I've been, by your having been moved by Bobby and Mary Griffiths story! I saw Mary Griffith and her family at an event last July, and we all discussed at length, reactions such as yours here!

    Blaine

  • God does not heal me because there is nothing wrong with me

  • @fermin051

You've got that right "Bello", and what awesome taste you have with that final moving, and tender scene from "Just une Question d'Amour" , on your channel! I couldn't believe it when I discovered that it had in fact been made for French Television! This is Bobby Griffiths' old lover/boyfriend "Blaine" here, wishing you only the best, because I'm so "freakin" proud of you!

    Blaine

  • @ladygagasmusic me to!

  • If only we need not lose...

i am a guy and i have cried throughout this film. It is really touching. It speaks out the heart of gay people...

  • i never cried this much watching a movie....thank you so much for posting this.

  • If only we need not loss to see what had been in front of us the entire time

  • "If I had investigated beyond what I was told" is the key to everything in life.

But people are lazy as shit to ever do anything BEYOND.

  • Wow I’m sobbing like a baby after watching this. Extremely emotional and important film, more parents of gay and lesbian children should watch this. Thank you for posting.

  • @danyfantastik

... ... ... and NOT just parents of ppl less than straight. Society's systematic bigotry runs deep.

  • The recurring question is 'why do the anti-gay brigade watch these uploads?' Well isn't it obvious? It's so they can spew their poison, simple as that. They have no desire in opening up a rational dialogue, they only wish to cause offence & to spread their evil.Often they say they 'speak in Christ's name'.Well NOT in my Christ's name, that's for sure.I can only pity these poor, deluded haters.Their lives must be so filled with hatred that they can't ever know love.

  • RIP Bobby Griffith!

  • @knowatimean And shut the hell up and learn some respect or get the fk off this channel!! Nobody cares to read you're stupid ass comments!! You're sick rude need help and you need to get a fking life and stop meddling in others!! MY GOD WHO I KNOW AND LOVE LOVES EVERYONE AND IS THE ONLY JUDGE IN MY LIFE AS WELL AS EVERYONE ELSES HERE ON EARTH!!! Bitch please!! Stfu or go learn what respect is!!

  • @knowatimean Why the fk did you watch it then dumb ass?! Oh yeah! Bc secretly you wish you could come out but you're just to afraid to even admit that you are gay yourself! I'm getting so sick of ppl like you it's unreal! You're no fking better than ANYONE else on here gay straight lesbian (which I am proud to be!) bisexual transgendered or queer!! So either sit down and shut the hell

  • @Bigrlboi1 : you look like a psychotic serial killer....like kathy bates in misery.

  • @knowatimean

At least she has the fucking courage, and spine I might add to step forward and show herself! You "Piss Ass Coward" don't even make your channel available! Hit'n Run ooo so brave! Fucking Not!!! You're a dying breed, people with your "Whacked Out Wing Nut" views! Major Looser!!!!

  • @knowatimean lol

  • Homosexuality is no sickness, it's simply the way we are. "Payers For Bobby", one of the best movies to have ever been made.

  • @XOXOVAMPIRE

Darling that is so sweet of you, I mean "Molto, Molto Dolce"!! But take comfort, I suffered the loss of Bobby Griffith many years ago! In fact as of the year 2013 Bobby will have been gone these 30 years now! My heart is set these day however, on doing what I am able to make sure that my younger LGBTQ brothers and sisters, abstain from harming themselves in any way! I also wish to help draw distinctions between that World of long ago and today!

    Luv Ya Darlin!!

    Blaine

  • @blainebill39 you knew bobby griffith?

  • @XOXOVAMPIRE

    Buona Sera! (Good Evening)

    Ciao!

My friend your succinct, yet firm statement here, so warms the heart of this middle aged man in his late 40's now, who so very long ago was Bobby Griffiths' young lover, that I simply cannot adequately describe how gratifying it is for me to read these beautiful words of yours!

  • @knowatimean

You act so stupid for showing up here little "Fuck Face Piggy"! Go back to your "Piggy Trough" , and spew some hate elsewhere, with the few other "Piggies" that are left! Cause these days you've been backed into a tight little "Whacked Out" corner, but I can still smell you over the ether!

  • @blainebill39 : how do you noah was a straight man?....you didn't hear any stories of him trying to fuck any of the animals in the ark

fags are sick & like to fuck animals & they're also pedophiles.

  • @knowatimean

What on Earth does an Ancient Mesopotamian "Flood tale" have to do with "Beastiality"? You're the sick one here, but I thank the one living G-D that I know and love, false and wholly untrue "Sicko Views" like yours are held these days by the smallest fraction of "Sick Fucks"! Go away little "Piggy" , no one cares about your twisted little notions here!!!!

  • @knowatimean

Are you inbred? Or merely have a problem with basic sentence construction? WTF is this fragment supposed to mean, "how do you noah was a straight man? As for the stats, they're published everywhere, and the orientation of the vast majority of documented "Pedophiles" is heterosexual!

  • @knowatimean very interesting you lasted throught the whole movie so how did you like it?

  • @knowatimean its a parade! idiot its suppose to be about fun and to be funny! to celebrate! most gays are on the sides watching the brave ones in costumes just like the ones in rio de janeiro carnivals of st8 ppl! that wouldnt bother u would it !

  • @thrashdouche21 : so you have to act like a fucking faggot to have fun & be funny?...seriously i can't stand these fags that act like girls. even though fags aren't normal they can at least pretend they are & act like a regular guy.

  • @knowatimean

What's most offensive about your fucked up, "Sophmoric Screed" is that it's so damn boring!!! But rant away Pig! Your kind are loosing out, and loosing big time!!! Not just within the hearts and minds of the majority of people, but as far as the US is concerned, in the Courts as well!!!

  • @knowatimea

Most of us are rather conventional (normal) in appearance! We get that you have rather rigid ideas regarding gender roles! But do you have to behave like such an insecure, ugly mouthed, "Fuck Faced Homo Hate'n Pig"?

  • @knowatimean dude seriously! not all fags act like prissy queens, im a fag and no one would know unless i tell them! but why are you torturing yourself watching this "fag" video! by the way many st8 guys dress like girls and its funny! i dont know i dont like it either !

  • Comment removed

  • @blainebill39 hey there! dont take him seriously! i pity him. hes having trouble coming out of the closet!

  • @thrashdouche21

    Ciao Bello!

Bless you "Amico Mio", you're so much kinder than I at times, it's just the sheer "Ugliness" of his language that set me off! But you're right, the compassion you've shown is the best course!

    "Zio" Blaine

  • @thrashdouche21

Today you, I and our queer (LGBTQ) brothers and sisters, along with scores of wonderfully evolved straight friends and allies, can march "Lock Step" together, and screem for an end to this "National Shame and Horror"! And "Ti Amo Molto Per Questo" , or "I Luvs Ya Lots" for standing up to that "Pig"!

Tuo Zio Nuovo Gay e Amico! (Your New Gay "Uncle" and Devoted Friend)

    Blaine

  • @thrashdouche21

    Ciao !

"Amico Mio"(My Friend), this "Ass Clown" that you've so beautifully stood up to, has been spewing his "filth" for the last 48 hrs! I would also like to respond to your very sweet "RIP" to Bobby! I do not say this to cause you any distress, but I firmly believe, as Bobby Griffiths' old lover/boyfriend, that he, " Seth, Jamey " or any who might have been lost to this "Revolting Phenomenon" will not rest, until we all vow to put a stop to this "Nonsense!

  • we must put an end to intolerance thats causing so mush distress! bobby is happy now and in a better place! i hope i meet him when i go !

  • @thrashdouche21 On page 131 I believe, in the chapter entitled "The Leper" , Bobby recorded seven worlds, that alleviated an unnecessary fear I had harbored for years after Bobbys' death! Had the teen age boy that I had been years ago said or done something to contribute to Bonnys' pain? It gnawed at me until i read those words of Bobbys', and he wrote "He's so sweet and good to me! I thank G-D that I did in fact "Do Right" by Bobby as a boy, all those years ago!

    Blaine

  • @thrashdouche21

That's gonna be many years from now "Kiddo"! Yes I was Bobby Griffiths' young lover, when I was a boy in my late teens! The "David Character" from Lifetimes' movie was pure fiction! I'm actually in the late Leroy Aarons' book "Prayers for Bobby", which Mr.Aarons had based in part on Bobbys' surviving diaries! In those diaries, ours was the only "Romantic" relationship that Bobby had written of!

  • @blainebill39 omg im gonna check that book out! what year did bobby take his life? bobby must have loved you a lot, was his mom mean to you when you met her , was this movie accurate?

  • @thrashdouche21

I saw Mary Griffith, Bobbys' Mother and her family last July for the first time since the mid 1990's, and we were all having a rather difficult time wrapping our heads around the idea that in the year 2013, Bobby will have been gone 30 years! 1983 seems like several lifetimes ago!

    Blaine

  • @blainebill39 cant believe its been this long, it must feel like yesterday watching this movie

  • @thrashdouche21

You are "Molto Dolce" or so sweet, but no it actually feel like a thousand years ago! I will admit there are certain scenes in the movie that I myself was required to imagine for so many years that got to me! And though, the actor Ryan Kelley is darling, would I stand him next to my Bobby, he'd be a darling "Bean Pole" ! Bobby was "Pumped", with an upper body to die for! It all helped that Kelley looked almost nothing like Bobby!

  • @thrashdouche21

At that event last July my Dad accompanied me, and I had the singular pleasure of introducing Mary and her familt to the man who all those years ago, took her son in, by allowing his son to have hi boyfriend sleep over! Imagine in those days my "Super Macho Former USC Linbacker" , Ronald Reagan Republican of a Dad! His politics are more "Progressive" today thank G-D, and I love and respect him so!

    Blaine

  • @blainebill39 i hope we all are evolving as a society, but still to this day theres many who are in bobbys situation! my parents went beserk when they found out years ago but now they jsut dont talk about it, i think they are in denial!

  • @thrashdouche21 By leaps n' bounds "Kiddo", an entirely transformed World at that! I know in my heart that your parents will come around some day soon "Kiddo"!

    Zio Blaine

  • @thrashdouche21

Gosh my spelling is so off, typos everywhere, but I think ya got me, no?

  • @blainebill39 lol yeah i got you i also typed many typos i was typing fast

  • @knowatimean What the fuck is your problem, I really don't understand it... It's obvious that no one here gives a shit about your narrow minded and ignorant views so please shut the fuck up. If you hated gays so much why would you even bother watching this, I think it's time to come out of the closet.

  • I am still so angry at this women and I am wailing here and my heart is so heavy.

    someone take the wheel

  • can't stop crying... beautiful and sad movie...

No one should give up their hope and neither should feel ashamed of who he/she loves.

  • Forever, amen

  • If you don't study the bible down to pin point and don't live a life being faithful to god in every way then you don't know jack crap!

  • It made me cry! :'(

    fully recommended film :)

  • If I don't stop watching this I think all the tears in my body will drain out, so beautiful and heart breaking. What makes it even more sad, is that's it's a true story. Bless u Bobbie Griffith may our blessings be with you and your loving heart ;,{

  • Fantastic movie!

  • I can't stop crying. This is such a beautiful movie.

  • This... is... SOOOO SAAAAD!!!!!

I love this movie so much. Best movie ever. :(

Mary Griffith rules!!! btw, who is Leroy?

  • I keep watching this movie over and over, I don't think I have ever watched a movie more than once and cried every time. A fantastic movie that brings mebunti tears.

  • I Cry Everytime I See This. 3

  • I'm gay myself and never, never had any problems with it. This was the best and most impressive

movie I've ever seen it moved me to tears and I really wish I could shoulder the burdens of gay / lesbian / bi / trans people who have to suffer because of their sexuality, because I don't.

  • this made me cry :( !

  • This is the only movie that has made me cry. More people need to watch this, it can change how they see homosexuality.

  • @jon93ek

    Ciao Bello!

    Caro Giovanni! (Dear Jon)

You've got that right my friend! This is Bobby Griffiths' old lover/boyfriend "Blaine" here, and I am truly amazed at the "Global Reaction" to Lifetimes' dramatization of Bobby and Mary Griffiths' story! It has effected the entire conversation regarding LGBTQ rights, and the safety and well being of "At Risk" young folks!

    Blaine

  • Just got done balling my eyes out.......thank you mary griffith, thank you, you have given my life meaning......

  • This was one of the most beautiful movies I've ever seen. I'm not gay, but one of my best friends is. I only wish his mother could see this movie and accept him for who he really is.

    I love you A.V.♥

  • This is beautiful... I can't stop crying...
