Sodom, Destruction, and Kreator. But look up all 3 bands' early music, their best music. Oh, and try Exumer!

Well, if you listen to their newest album "formation of damnation", it's a bit like "low", mainly thrash but with a touch of death metal infleunce{mostly vocally}. Testament were always one of the thrash bands with a slightly lower tunage and harsher vox, but also with some well done clean vox.

I think to call anything after "low" death-thrash is'nt too off the mark. I prefer just "thrash with a touch of death influence", but I suppose "thrash-death" or whatever is ok.
