Either small clouser like minnows fished like a jig around structure or big poppers, black or yellow, or both...anything that makes a big splash and then can cast a nice shadow while sitting still.

Glad you liked it! Flies were mainly yellow or black poppers. the heads are about the size of the tip of your thumb, from the base of the nail. feathers made the whole fly the length of a thumb, from the first knuckle.
I wouldn't mind try Topwater Bass fishing, but theres none here. I'm more of a Trout and Atlantic Salmon Guy , If there was some bass here I would like to fish them.
