@T0mT4yl0r Wrong, Corki's Ice Toboggan Skin is legendary, and it doesn't need any changes besides the actual skin, as you can see at the Magnificent Twisted Fate skin and the Annie in Wonderland one.

Legendary skins are only defined by their price, which leaves Surprise Party Fiddle as an exception.
